The Honorable Jeanine Pirro
Interim United States Attorney
District of Columbia
Judiciary Center
555 4th Street, N.W.
Washington, D.C. 20001
Dear Interim United States Attorney Pirro,
Congratulations on your recent appointment as Interim United States Attorney for the District of Columbia.
We are grateful for your work and look forward to working with you to defend the rule of law and the
sanctity of human life in Washington, D.C.
In 2022, pro-life activists in Washington, D.C., discovered possible violations of the Partial-Birth Abortion
Act and the Born-Alive Infant Protection Act. Being vigilant citizens, they alerted the D.C. police.
Tragically, rather than investigate the incident properly, the Biden Administration worked to sweep the
allegations under the rug and silence the individuals involved by prosecuting them.
President Biden’s Department of Justice allegedly ordered the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department to
incinerate the evidence. Thankfully, Members of Congress took shrewd steps to protect the evidence
through preservation of evidence requests.
We, as leaders of the Pro-Life Movement, respectfully ask that you conduct a proper investigation into the
suspected violations of the Partial-Birth Abortion Act and the Born-Alive Infant Protection Act in
connection with the D.C. Five. As the Interim United States Attorney for Washington, D.C., it is your
responsibility to follow the facts where they may lead and enforce federal law to protect those most
vulnerable in our nation’s capital: the unborn.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
