1. Original Passport (valid for at least 195 days with at least two blank pages).
2. Original Education Certificate attested by a) State/local Ministry b) Ministry of External Affairs in country
of origin c) Qatar Embassy in country of origin.
3.Others: a) Qatar ID (if applicable) b) Medical documentation / Reports for pre-existing conditions or
previous medical / surgical treatments c) Prescription Glasses (if being used).
Important Check:
The name order and name spellings MUST be exactly as per your passport. In case of any discrepancy in
the Names Order / Spellings, Date of Birth, Gender, Passport Number / Expiry Date, contact your sponsor
/ employer to get the same corrected. In such case, you may opt for the walk-in lounge service without
appointment or book a fresh appointment and visit the QVC.

Important information:
1. Plan your return travel & stay option keeping in mind that you might be required to wait
longer to complete the medical tests.
2. No Fasting Required; you can eat and drink normally before your appointment.
3. Wear loose-fitting clothing (particularly for female applicants) that allows easy access to
your upper arm during vaccination and blood sampling.
4. Ensure that your palms and fingers are clear of any fresh wounds, colour marks, henna
decoration, etc. If wearing wigs/hair extension & contact lens, then it must be removed for
the biometric enrolment.
5. Mobiles, battery operated devices, hazardous items etc. are not allowed.
6. Limited cloaking and locker facility may be available for depositing small bags / mobiles at
the center.
7. Vehicle Parking may not be available at the QVC building premises.
8. Follow Health and Safety regulations from time to time (e.g. Wear Mask).
9. Applicants needing special assistance may contact the reception desk for guidance and
support.
10. Biometric enrolment and Medical tests done at QVC are subject to verification from the
MOI and MOH, Qatar. Applicants may require re-enrollment / revisits.
11. QVC maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy towards bribery and corruption.
