hereby authorize M/s MBB ENTERPRISES LLP, F/F, F/S, BLOCK-A, PLOT NO. A-7/B-1, MILLAP
NAGAR, UTTAM NAGAR NEAR METRO STATION, New Delhi, Delhi, 110059 to quote the
VOLTRIQ Products, for the above referred tender and sign the contract independently with you.
Terms and conditions.
 The Reseller will quote and negotiate the product prices on GeM independent of any involvement of Voltriq
India Pvt. Ltd., and all responsibility for the same shall be borne solely by such Reseller.
 In case of any dilution / localization of such specifications by Reseller, the product warranty will be terminated.
 This Manufacturer Authorization Form is only valid for the above-specified bid.
 The authorization is issued and valid for a limited time-period.
