RECEPTION ADDITIONAL WORKS AS PER DESIGN
1 FALSE CEILING WORKS
1.01 GYPSUM FALSE CEILING
Gyp False ceiling- Providing and fixing Gypsum False Ceiling of India Gypsum make which
includes G.I. Perimeter Channels along with perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall /
partition with the help of Nylon sleeves and screws at 610 mm centers. Then suspending
G.I. intermediate channels from the soffit at centers with ceiling angle fixed to soffit with G.I.
cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Ceiling section with lips are then fixed to the
intermediate channel with the help of connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the
Intermediate channel.
Mode of the measurement will be consider only the surface area executed. No additional
cost shall be paid for wastages . Rate shall be including necessary cut-out for light, A.C grill,
niche etc. as per Architect instruction. Rate is without Painting.
2 WALL FINISHES WORKS
2.01 POP PUNNING
Providing and applying Plaster of Paris punning 12-13mm thick average over the newly or
existing plastered surface or as directed by the architect. rate shall includes making good all
chases, edges, scaffolding pockets, making grooves of 6mm wide as directed by architect.
The finish surface should be kept ready to take paint/wall paper/ graphic, etc.
2.02 Acrylic Rafters Panelling
Supply and Installation of fluted acrylic on 19mm ply backing with corner 12mm
rose gold trims as per design
2.03 TEXTURE PAINT FINISH
Providing And Applying textured paint Of Desired Shade and pattern Of Approved Or
Equivalent Make On Internal wall Surfaces, Wherever Required At All Heights.
2.04 Laminate Finish Wall Cladding
Supply and Installation of Laminate finish wall cladding with support of 18mm ply
backing, Teak wood beading as per design with rosegold trims at required
locations
2.05 Acrylic WallCladding
Supply and Installation of Acrylic 1.3mm wall cladding on 18mm Ply support as
per approved design
3 Reception Table
Supply and Installaion of bendable 6mm corian as per design with Metal sheets
and ply backing

Supply and installation of Laminate finish wooden architrave using 19mm Ply and
1mm Laminate.
4.05 TEXTURE PAINT FINISH

accessories and fixing all complete. Cost to include 12mm backing panel with neccessay
supports and accessories all complete.
RECEPTION TABLE : Size (1850+500)mm X 600mm X 750-Ht with storage unit
Providing and Fixing Reception table of size as per details with 50mm thick table top formed
of 18mm thick ply boxing with necessary support & finished with combination of laminate
and 18mm thick ply and laminate surface of approved shade & make with necessary edge
beading as per details. Inside surface of the table to be finished with laminate of approved
shade and make. Table to have provision for raceways as per details. Table to have vertical
supports to be formed of ply boxing finished with laminate finish inside and out side.

2.01 Fluted Panels Reception

2.02 FULL HEIGHT 100MM THK. GYPSUM PARTITION WITHOUT PAINT FINISH
To be formed of cold rolled gi studs of size 48mm (0.5mm thk having one flange of 34mm
and another flange of 36mm made of gi steel), placed at 600mm center to center fixed onto
the floor channels. The gi channels of size 50mm x 0.55mm (section thick) to be fixed on
the floor to hold gi studs as per details.Solid partition - formed of gi frame work cladded with
single layer gypsum board + 1 skin of 12.5 mm thk plywood on both sides.The framework to
be cladded on both sides with single layer gypsum and one skin of 12.5mm thk plywood
(from finished floor level to till true ceiling) of 12.5 mm thk tapered edge gypsum board (is-
2095 part 1:2011) in line and level screw fixed with 25mm drywall flat head screws @
300mm c/c with staggered joints to avoid through joints and finished with proprietary
supplied jointing tape and compound as per manufacturer's specification. Joints to be sand
papered to achieve a smooth and seamless finish. As an acoustic requirement, contractor
to affix 50mm thick rock wool of density 48kg/m3 wrapped in rap tissues suitably affixed to
partition framework using necessary gi binding wire, duct tape as indicated in the drawing
