In this role, you have the opportunity to
change millions of lives by helping Bharat invest better. We’ve pioneered the investing space via P2P platforms.
Now, we want Bharat to have more investing options like Gold, FD, Mutual Funds. You will get to be an integral
part of the wealth tech product team.
Just to give you a glimpse, you will:
- Build out new products like Gold, FD,Insurance, Mutual Funds 0 - 1 and then scale them
- Work closely with business teams to transform ideas into leading products
- Leverage our existing payments, KYC and onboarding platforms to deliver a seamless experience
- Continuously seek customer feedback via Customer support teams and data tools to build better
Responsibilities will include
Functional Expertise
1. Should have a strong understanding of financial products - RBI and SEBI regulated
2. Should have a good understanding of how regulations work so we know what we can build and what we can’t
3. Should be able to thoroughly understand the need of the end user so you can simplify investing for them
4. Willing to test every aspect of the product that you ship - Front end, APIs, messaging
5. Drives process improvements at a platform product level, suggests improvements at a cross-team/cross-Org level
6. Understand & hold their team accountable for a healthy set of product metrics
7. Exceptional written & verbal communication skills to delight customers with crisp product copies and communication
8. Has a passion for new & emerging products in the fintech space so you know what’s relevant for our users
Problem Solving
1. Build differentiated user experiences - products will be used by merchant and consumer which have different needs
2. Experimentation so you build fast, test with a set of users and accept / reject hypothesis before you build big
3. Build simplified investing via jargon free content,, seamless UX and easy checkout flows
4. Build a roadmap that balances business needs , regulations and user experience
5. Utilize data-driven decision-making to assess product performance and drive improvements based on key metrics
Interaction:
1. Independently manage complex stakeholder relationships with little to no support from manager
2. Build exceptional relationship with PMs & Engg teams - you will learn a lot from them and will help you build better
3. Careful management of business needs vs product and bandwidth
4. Ability to drive consensus and if not get folks to disagree & commit
5. Industry connect so you know the latest from the regulator and industry leaders

Decisions You need to bring a sense of calmness via your PM and stakeholder management skills
Qualification & BE/[Link] or equivalent Degree. MBA is good to have
5+ Yrs of PM experience preferably in the fintech space
Experience (type Comprehensive knowledge of financial products and payment platforms
& industry)
Should have built out investing products that have scaled well
Skills & know- Should have past experience in conducting user research and building products basis learnings
how Technically minded and basic understanding on Agile development, web & app technologies
Hands on with leading tools like Mixpanel, Typeform, Webengage
