Farmers for Forests (F4F) is seeking a meticulous and proactive Data Quality
Associate to support the organization’s data management, analysis, and operational
needs. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and organizational skills
who is passionate about maintaining high standards of data accuracy and quality.
About Us
F4F is a Hybrid Social Enterprise working to protect and increase India’s biodiverse
forest cover in close collaboration with rural communities. Founded in December
2019, F4F is one of the few organizations in India working in the forestry sector and
using a payment-for-ecosystem services model for its environmental protection and
restoration activities.
F4F was incubated at Mulago, Fast Forward, NSRCEL-IIMB, The Nudge Institute and
Shakti - The Empathy Project. Our work has been supported by several organizations
including Accenture, ACT Grants, Opus Software Solutions, Rainmatter Foundation

Position
The Data Quality Associate will play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy and
consistency, supporting operational workflows, and coordinating with various teams.
The role involves document verification, field visits, and occasional engagement with
farmers to collect data and provide support for related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Advanced Excel Expertise: Proficiently use functions like VLOOKUP, COUNTIFS,
SUMIFS, and Pivot Tables for data analysis and quality checks.
2. Google Sheets Management: Manage, organize, and analyze data efficiently
using Google Sheets, ensuring updates are accurate and timely.
3. Document Verification and Data Scrutiny: Review and validate data from
scanned documents to ensure consistency and correctness, supporting
finance-related tasks as needed.
4. Field Visits and Call Center Tasks: Conduct occasional field visits to verify data
and engage with farmers. Assist the call center team in data collection and
addressing queries.
5. Data Collection from Farmers: Reach out to farmers to gather data, maintain
detailed records, and ensure quality standards are met.
6. Office Stock Maintenance: Monitor and maintain office supplies to support
smooth operational workflows.
7. Supervision of Housekeeping Staff: Oversee housekeeping staff to ensure
cleanliness and upkeep of the office premises.
8. Flexibility for Additional Tasks: Handle additional responsibilities as needed,
demonstrating adaptability and willingness to contribute beyond defined
roles.
We’re looking for Someone who:
1. Is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
2. Has excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
3. Can analyze and manage data with a focus on accuracy and quality.
4. Is comfortable conducting field visits and engaging with farmers.
5. Possesses strong interpersonal and coordination skills for working with
cross-functional teams.
6. Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
7. Is adaptable and willing to take on new challenges as they arise.
Salary
The salary band for this position starts at 1,92,000 CTC. Actual salary will be decided
mutually on the basis of experience, skill and fit of the candidate with our team and
culture.
