LEVEL COURTS IN REGION V
SUBJECT: INFORMATION DRIVE ON THE OFFICE OF
THE REGIONAL COURT MANAGER (ORCM)
FOR JUDICIAL REGION V ON
JANUARY 10,2025 IN LEGAZPI CITY, ALBAY
Pursuant to the En Bane Resolution dated February 27, 2024, in A.M. No. 24-
02-18-SC (Re: Proposed Creation and Pilot Implementation of the Offices of the
Regional Managers as Key Area of Focus in the Modernization of the Office of the
Court Administrator), pilot Offices of the Regional Court Managers (ORCMs) have
been established in six (6) judicial regions. Soon, an ORCM in Judicial Region V
will likewise be established.
To introduce to the judges and court personnel of Region V the background
and concept of the ORCM, as well as to gather feedback on the administrative
processes that will be assigned, an Information and Recruitment Drive for the ORCM
for Judicial Region V will be held on January 10, 2025 (Friday), to start at 9:30
o'clock in the morning, in Hotel Sentro, Legazpi City, Albay.
As such and based on the results of the pre-registration survey earlier
conducted for the purpose, Judges and court personnel in the hereto attached
Table I list are authorized to physically attend the caravan. Considering that a hands-
on training on e-Filing shall be conducted in the same event after the information
drive, participants are highly encouraged to bring a laptop or similar computer
device.
On the other hand, the Judges and court personnel in the hereto attached
Table II list are also authorized to virtually attend the said activity on the same date
and time.
Attendance is MANDATORY and shall be on OFFICIAL TIME.
