DEED OF EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This DEED made and entered into this _______________________ by and among
the following parties:
______________________, Filipino, of legal age, Surviving Spouse of

__________________________, Filipino, of legal age, daughter of
________________________, married to __________________ and residing

WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, we are the legitimate surviving heirs of ______________________,
who died on __________________________________;1
WHEREAS, the said deceased died without any Last Will or Testament,
and without any outstanding debts in favor of any person or entity;
WHEREAS, the said deceased, at the time of her death, left the following
property more particularly described as follows:

Transfer Certificate of Title with no.__________________ is attached herein as
Annex “B”)
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and
invoking Sec 1 of Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the parties hereby adjudicate unto
themselves the above-described property.
WAIVER OF RIGHTS

________________________________, hereby waive and renounce all her rights, share,
interest in the estate of his wife, including his conjugal share over the above-
described property in favor of his son _____________________________________;
WHEREAS, __________________________________, hereby waive and renounce
any and all her rights, share, interest, ownership in the estate of her mother over the
