Overview of the Selection Process

Round 1 – Online Assessment (METTL, 3 hrs)

• Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, English Grammar, Speaking/Listening, 1 programming question

• Tips:

o Brush up on percentages, ratios, speed-time-distance, probability

o Practice verbal ability & sentence correction

o Solve 10 medium-level coding challenges on HackerRank / LeetCode (C / C++ / Java /


Python)

Round 2 – Group Discussion (GD)

• ~10 candidates per panel, topics from current affairs & general debates

• Tips:

o Read daily news summaries (The Hindu, BusinessLine)

o Use a 60-second structure (Intro → 2-3 points → Conclusion)

o Add facts, invite quieter members, stay courteous

Round 3 – Technical Interview (L1)

• One-to-one: core CS, paper-based coding, SAP basics

• Tips:

o “Tell me about yourself” → 1-min story (present → past → future)

o Revise pointers, OOP, IoT basics

o Be ready to hand-write & dry-run: Prime, Factorial, Fibonacci, Palindrome,


Armstrong, Anagram, Divisibility (3 / 5 / 15), Multiplication table

Round 4 – HR & SAP Awareness (L2 + HR)
