EFFECTIVENESS OF TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT UNITS IN PREVENTING

ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS IN STO. DOMINGO, ALBAY.

Objective of the Study

This study was conducted to ascertain the level of effective of traffic

management of Sto. Domingo, Albay. This specifically seek to answer the following:

1. Determine the status of road traffic accidents in Sto. Domingo, Albay from

2022-2024 in terms of:

a. Number of related cases of road traffic accidents;

b. List of barangays with the highest crime rate of road traffic accidents;

c. Number of road traffic accident cases filed in court;

2. Assess the Effectiveness of Traffic Management Unit in Preventing Road

Traffic Accidents in Sto. Domingo. Albay;

a. Information dissemination;

b. Traffic Safety enforcement;

c. Police visibility

3. Identify the problem encountered by the Traffic Management Unit in

Preventing Road Traffic Accidents in Sto. Domingo, Albay.

4. Propose an action plan to reduce traffic accidents in Sto. Domingo, Albay.
