TASHA:
(Accept the awards, smile at the camera. )
TASHA’ PARENTS:
“Congratulations anak, ang galing mo talaga.”
(sabay yakap)
PRINCIPAL EVANS:
“Excuse me. Sorry to interrupt. May I have a few
minutes of your time?”
TASHA’S FATHER:
(Turning serious)
“Certainly.”
PRINCIPAL EVANS:
“My name is Rudolf Evans, school principal. First,
congratulations, Ms. Chu, on your win today. Your
performance was exceptional.”
TASHA:
“Thank you.”
PRINCIPAL EVANS:
(Pinagsiklop Ang dalawang kamay)
“Ok, I get straight to the point. Universal College of
Paranaque is committed to fostering academic
excellence. We believe your skills and potential align
perfectly with our school's values. We are pleased to
offer you a full-tuition scholarship for the duration
of your undergraduate studies.”
(May inabot na papel kay Tasha)
TASHA:
“This is wonderful news. Thank you so much.”
PRINCIPAL EVANS:
“We are confident that you will thrive in our
stimulating academic environment. We have prepared a
comprehensive package outlining the terms and
conditions of the scholarship, which you are welcome to
review at our school.”
TASHA:
“Thank you”
TASHA’S PARENTS:
“Thank you.”
PRINCIPAL EVANS:
“It’s my pleasure.”
(Handshake with the parents)
TASHA:
(Standing confidently)
“Hi, good morning. I’m Natasha Claire Chu, but you can
just call me Tasha. I’m a transfer student. I
previously attended King’s Way Academy, and I suppose
you could say I’m academically inclined. I enjoy
studying, competing, and solving problems.”
(Class murmurs; some students glance at each other,
whispering)
STUDENT MURMUR 1:
“Uy ayan yung matalino ‘di ba?”
STUDENT MURMUR 2:
“Oo nga! May matalino na tayo sa room.”
TEACHER CRUZ:
“Thank you, Tasha. There's an empty seat beside Aira,
doon ka na maupo.”
(Tasha went to her seat. Aira offer a warm smile.)
TEACHER CRUZ:
“Alright class! I’ve prepared an activity. Answer these
questions and submit them by the end of class. You may
begin.”
AIRA:
(Whispering)
“Psst!psst!Hello! (Sabay kaway) Airish Alison Sandoval
nga pala. You can call me Aira. Nice to meet you,
Tasha!”
TASHA:
“Likewise,”
(sabay tanggap sa kamay ni Aira)
AIRA:
“Sana maka-close kita. Huwag kang mahiya samin ah.
Mababait mga tao rito.”
(Tasha smiles on Aira then back to focusing on doing
the activity)
AIRA:
“Balita ko mahilig ka raw makipagkompitensya sa iba’t
ibang school ah? Grabe ikaw na!”
TASHA:
“Yeah! I've been competing since I was elementary, so
I'm used to it.”
AIRA:
“Wow, mukhang may susunod na naman sa yapak ni—”
TEACHER CRUZ:
“Aira! Ano na namang dinadaldal mo kay Tasha?
Siguraduhin mong may masasagot ka sa activity ko ah?”
AIRA:
(Smile and act apologetically)
“Sorry, Ma’am.”
TEACHER CRUZ:
“Okay, class, time’s up. Please pass the activity
forward.”
FADE OUT:
AIRA:
“Ang bilis mo naman maglakad! Sabay na tayo mag-lunch.
Saan ka magla-lunch? Sabay ako ah.”
TASHA:
“Sure! Sa canteen na lang tayo.”
AIRA:
“Nga pala, bakit ka nag-transher dito eh ang ganda sa
King’s Way Academy ah?”
TASHA:
“I had already completed my school years there when
your school offered me a scholarship. I didn't realize
your principal had been observing me. After the
competition, he approached me and offered the
scholarship, on the condition that I represent your
school in quiz bees or other extracurricular
activities.”
AIRA:
“That’s amazing! Buti hindi ka nahihirapan?”
TASHA:
“Hindi naman sa ganun. There are times that I feel
pressured because of people's expectations. Minsan
kasi, parang ang hirap maging ako lang. Parang
kailangan laging perfect, kailangan laging tama yung
ginagawa ko. Nakakapagod din pala kapag ganun. Ayoko
naman din mabigo sila, pero minsan gusto ko rin lang
maging totoo sa sarili ko.”
AIRA:
“Parang si Miss Tana.”
TASHA:
“Tana? Sino yon?”
AIRA:
“Dating student rin dito. You remind me of her. Like
you, she’s also a top competitor, lumalaban sa mga
ganyan. She became the pride of our school eight years
ago but unfortunately; she took her own life without
any trace or reason. Siguro sa academic pressure or sa
family problems? Hindi rin namin talaga alam. Basta
isang araw na lang, wala na siya.”
TASHA:
“Ang lungkot naman.”
AIRA:
“True. Kaya ikaw, don't pressure yourself too much,
okay? You don't always have to be strong. It's okay to
take a break and breathe. Learn to rest sometimes. Your
well-being matters too.”
TASHA:
“Of course.”
FADE OUT:
TASHA:
“It's okay. I can manage.”
AIRA:
“Are you sure? Okay then, bye.”
(Then magpa-part ways na sila)
FADE OUT:
SCENE 5: EXT. SWIMMING POOL AREA
FADE IN:
TASHA:
“Ano‘to?”
(bulong niya sa kanyang sarili)
TASHA:
(Napatulala saglit at inilibot ang tingin sa paligid;)
Bumalik ang tingin niya sa lumang camera at napatitig
ulit dito.)
(
(Habang nakatitig sa camera ay may napadaang isang
janitor. Nagulat siya at agad na tinago ni Tasha sa
loob ng bag ang napulot na camera.)
TASHA:
“Magandang Hapon po, sorry po!”
JANITOR:
(Tinanguan si Tasha at nagpatuloy sa paglalakad)
TASHA:
(Nagtaka na napatitig sa Janitor dahil hindi manlang
ito umimik.)
(The janitor was walking away when she noticed him cast
a quick glance into her bag, as if he knew what was
hidden there. A knot of unease tightened in Tasha's
stomach. The janitor's knowing glance lingered in her
mind, a chilling echo of the photograph.)
TASHA:
(Decided to leave the camera where it was.)
FADE OUT:
NARRATION:
- As the months passed, Tasha settled into school life.
She made friends easily, especially Aira; they became
close best friends, and Tasha became a school
representative in numerous competitions. Life seemed
effortless, a vibrant bloom. She almost forgot the
unsettling events of that day. However, this apparent
ease was fleeting. This is where her troubles would
truly begin. -
TASHA:
“Sor--.”
(Tinitigan ang lalaki na nabangga.)
LALAKI:
(Nakayuko at nagpatuloy sa paglalakad.)
TASHA:
(Nagpatuloy na siya naglakad papasok sa school.)
LALAKI:
(Dumiretso sa paglalakad habang nakayuko. Pero bago
siya naglakad papalayo ay pasimple niyang nilagay sa
bag ni Tasha ang old camera.)
FADE OUT:
SCENE 7: INT CLASSROOM
FADE IN:
TEACHER CRUZ:
“CLASS DISMISSED.”
(Lumabas na ng room)
TASHA:
(Binuksan ang bag pero nagpatigil ng makita ang camera
sa loob ng bag niya.)
TASHA:
“Papanong napunta ito dito?”
(she thought)
AIRA:
“Tasha, let’s go.”
(Tasha immediately closed her bag which make Aira’s
forehead crease.)
AIRA:
“What’s that? May problema ba?”
TASHA:
“Wala, tara.”
AIRA:
“Sure.”
TASHA:
(Nodded)
FADE OUT:
SCENE 8: INT BEDROOM
FADE IN:
Later that night, Tasha started to have a recurring
dream about the girl that she saw from the old camera.
The girl, terrified and pleaded for help, desperately
running for her life.
GIRL/TANA:
(In Tasha subconcious mind)
“Tulong,TULONG.”
(Sabay tingin sa camera; close-up face of Tana.)
“Tulungan mo ako pakiusap.”
The girl in Tasha’s dream was no longer running; she
was being pursued by a shadowy figure.
TASHA:
(Nagising na hingal na hingal, pawis na pawis, at
mabilis ang tibok ng puso. Nanatili ang takot.)
FADE OUT:
SCENE 9:INT CLASSROOM
FADE IN:
During history class, Tasha found herself in deep
thoughts. Ni-maski ang lesson sa history class ay hindi
na pumapasok sa utak niya at napansin ito ni Aira.
AIRA:
(Lumingon kay Tasha na nakatulala)
Tasha who’s in deep thoughts, replayed the events of
the day. The old camera, the anonymous photographer,
her dream about the girl. All keep replaying in her
mind like a madman. Napabuntong-hininga na lang si
Tasha.
FADE OUT:
SCENE 10:INT CANTEEN
FADE IN:
AIRA:
“You seem in a lost thought earlier.”
TASHA:
(Umangat ang ulo para tumingin kay Aira)
“It’s nothing.”
AIRA:
“Are you sure? Alam mo kung may gusto kang sabihin, you
know that I’m always here to listen right?”
TASHA:
(ngumiti sa sinabi ni Aira)
“Thanks, don’t worry.I’m okay”
(Although she feels opposite)
(One morning, she found a single, wilted red rose on
her desk, a stark contrast to the vibrant blooms she’d
received after winning the quiz bee. Next, she was
shocked to discover her locker open; the school was
meticulous about securing students’ and staff’s
belongings. She rushed to her locker and found a Post-
it-note on top of her things. A single word was written
on the post-it note: “Tana.” It continues by days.)
FADE OUT:
SCENE 11: INT BEDROOM
FADE IN:
Tasha dreamt the girl again, still pleading for help.
But this time, something had changed---she was being
forced, compelled to go to the classroom. As if the
answers na gusto niyang makuha ay nandoon. Katulad ng
isang gabi, nagising siya na habol ang hininga at ang
bilis ng tibok ng puso. Napabuntong-hininga siya at
napagdesisyunan bumangon.
Kinuha niya ang old camera sa bag and she examined it.
The photos of the girl were unsettlingly familiar; the
girl's accomplishments mirrored her own, a chilling
parallel that sent shivers down her spine. The final
photo, the one of Tasha herself, was even more
disturbing now, knowing it wasn't an accident. It felt
like a deliberate act, a warning, a message. She don't
know.
She recalled all the clues she gathered.
Old camera, the pool area where she found the old
camera, the anonymous photographer, a wilted red rose,
post-it-note, Tana and the classroom. All in point this
girl, it is not coincident.
TASHA:
(In her thoughts: A sudden idea pop in her mind)
“The girl w---wait!!!TANA. The girl's name is Tana.”
She remembered Aira’s word about Tana. And this girl
who’s named Tana somehow mirror her especially when it
comes to her achievements. The photos she saw in the
old camera where her awards and achievements captured
was there. Now, to confirms her suspicions, she called
someone.
TASHA:
(Get her phone and called someone (Aira))
“We need to talk.”
FADE OUT:
SCENE 13: EXT SWIMMING POOL AREA
FADE IN:
Aira arrived in the swimming pool area even though she
feels uneased in this sudden meeting with Tasha.
AIRA:
“Tasha, bakit mo ako pinapunta dito?”
TASHA:
(lumingon paharap kay Aira. Imbes na sagutin, inabot
niya ang old camera kay Aira)
AIRA:
(nagulat)
“B-ba-bakit nasa iyo yong camera ni Tana?”
TASHA:
“Tana. So tama ako na kay Tana nga ito?” (then
tinitigan ng maigi si Aira)
“Sa totoo lang di ko alam, Aira. Nung unang beses ko
ditong pumunta dito,” (nilibot ang tingin sa paligid
sabay balik tingin kay Aira) “nahanap ko ang camerang
ito dito sa lugar na ito. As far as I remember, I left
this camera here, but one day, to my shock, it was
inside my bag. I need an answer, Aira. At alam ko ikaw
lang ang isang tao na makakasagot ng mga tanong ko.”
AIRA:
(Serious face)
“What do you want to know?”
TASHA:
“Everything about this Tana girl.”
AIRA:
“Then listen carefully.”
Start the story:
AIRA:
“I DON’T KNOW MUCH. Katana Reese Flores, more commonly
known as Tana, was a beloved figure at our school. She
embodied a unique blend of kindness, shyness, and a
hint of outgoingness—making her an ambivert who could
light up a room with her infectious smile. Tana was not
just a pretty face; she was also incredibly
intelligent, excelling in academics and winning
numerous competitions, which made her popular,
especially with the boys. Among all the suitors vying
for her attention, it was my brother who captured her
heart. Their love story blossomed amidst laughter and
shared dreams. The defining moments of their
relationship were filled with happiness and contentment
—long conversations, quiet moments of understanding,
and a bond that felt unbreakable. They faced challenges
together, but none as daunting as the disapproval of
Tana's parents, who believed that my brother's
background didn’t match their expectations for their
daughter. To separate them, Tana's parents devised a
plan to send her abroad for her studies. This plan
threatened to tear them apart just as their love was
beginning to flourish. Tragically, everything changed
when Tana died. The circumstances surrounding her death
were shrouded in mystery. It was ruled a suicide, but
deep down, many—including my brother—felt that there
was more to the story than met the eye. The sudden loss
sent shockwaves through the school and left my brother
devastated, leading him to vanish without a trace. His
disappearance remains unanswered, adding to the pain
and confusion surrounding Tana's death. Tana loved
capturing moments through her lens, documenting her
life and experiences. This camera may hold photos or
videos that could reveal the truth behind her tragic
end and perhaps even provide insight into my brother's
whereabouts. Now, that I seeing you holding Tana's
camera was a bit odd. May I see? (END OF STORY)
TASHA:
(Inabot ang camera kay Aira)
AIRA:
(While discreetly looking the photos in the old camera,
nangunot ang noo ni Aira)
“What’s this?”
(sabay pakita ng last pic ng cam kung saan nakuhanan si
Tasha)
TASHA:
“I don’t know. Simula ng mapunta ang camera na yan sa
akin, hindi na ako pinapatahimik. Every night, I always
dreamt of Tana.”
AIRA:
“What kind of dream?”
TASHA:
“She’s pleadinG for help. Humihingi siya ng tulong sa
akin habang tumatakbo siya na may takot sa mga mukha
niya. Parang may humahabol sa kanya. And she also
sending me a signal to retrieve the camera. And last
night, i dream of her again but this time, it’s
different. She is teling me to go to a classroom. I
think, she’s pertaining in that room.”
(sabay turo siya classroom sa itaas)
AIRA:
(Natahimik)
TASHA:
“Bakit?”
AIRA:
“It was in that abandoned classroom that we found Tana,
lifeless.”
TASHA:
(SHOCK)
FADE OUT:
SCENE 14: INT HALLWAY
FADE IN:
(That night, Aira and Tasha planned to visit the
abandoned classroom at school, despite an initial
argument where Aira tried to dissuade her. Fear gnawed
at them both, but Tasha's determination prevailed. She
felt compelled to uncover the truth behind Tana's
death, a mystery that had haunted her for eight years.
The reason why Tana, who had died eight years earlier,
was reaching out to her specifically remained a puzzle.
They stood together before the old classroom door, the
very room where Tana had died. Years of neglect were
evident in the dilapidated state of the door.)
TASHA:
(Pinihit/pilit na binubuksan ang doorknob ng pintuan
ngunit ito ay naka-lock)
(Nagkatinginan si Aira at Tasha.)
TASHA:
(Frustrated, she pulls back and takes a deep breath.)
“Bakit kaya ito naka-lock? Dapat ay wala nang tao
dito.”
AIRA:
“Baka may susi pa silang naiwan. Subukan natin ang
ibang paraan.”
AIRA:
“Anong gagawin natin kapag nakapasok tayo? Ano ang
hinahanap natin?”
TASHA:
“Hindi ko alam... Pero kailangan kong malaman kung ano
ang nangyari. Parang may koneksyon ako sa kanya.”
TASHA:
“Okay, tumingin ka sa paligid, baka may bintana o ibang
paraan.”
AIRA:
(Whispering) “Baka kailangan na nating umalis, Tasha.
Mukhang hindi ito ligtas.”
TASHA:
“No, I can’t leave. Not now. Nandito na ako, hindi
pwedeng ipagpaliban natin ‘to.”
With newfound determination, Tasha stood up and stepped
back, assessing the door once more.
TASHA:
“Wait! Maybe we can try to pry it open.”
AIRA:
“Are you sure? That sounds risky!”
TASHA:
“I’m sure. It’s now or never.”
FADE OUT:
FADE IN:
TASHA:
(Whispering) “We did it.”
AIRA:
(Shivering) “Let’s just be quick. I don’t like this.”
AIRA:
(Whispering) "It's Tana's handwriting..."
TASHA:
“Let’s find out what you want from me, Tana.”

SCENE 16: FLASHBACK-IN DIARY
FADE IN:
April 3, 2017 Tuesday
11:47 PM
Hindi ko alam kung paano ko sisimulan 'to. Pero
kailangan ko. Baka isang araw... may makabasa nito.
Baka isang araw, marinig din ang boses ko. Matagal na
‘to. Hindi lang isang beses. Hindi lang dalawang beses.
Gabi-gabi. Hinahawakan niya ako. Sa dilim. Sa
katahimikan ng gabi, dumarating siya—at wala akong
magawa kundi manigas. Para akong patay na katawan na
nilalapastangan. Ayokong isipin, pero nangyayari. At
walang ibang nakakaalam kundi ako. Sinubukan kong
magsumbong. Sa taong dapat pinakanag-aalaga sa akin—si
Mama. Sabi ko sa kanya:
TANA:
“Mama, si Tito... may ginagawa siyang masama sa akin.”
Pero alam mo kung anong sagot niya?
TANA’S MOTHER
“Sigurado ka? Baka guni-guni mo lang, anak.”
Pilit niyang ikinukulong ang katotohanan sa ideya
niyang mabait si Tito. Dahil sa kanya raw tayo
nabubuhay ngayon. Dahil siya ang tumulong sa amin.
Dahil... pamilya siya. Pero anong klaseng pamilya ang
nananakit? Mas masakit pa pala 'yung hindi paniwalaan
ng sarili mong ina. Mas masakit kaysa sa ginagawa sa
akin ng Tito gabi-gabi. At hindi nagtagal, nalaman ni
Tito. Narinig ko silang nag-uusap—mahina lang ang boses
ni Mama. Kinabukasan, dumating siya sa kwarto ko.
Galit. Sabi niya,
TIYO MANUEL:
“Magsumbong ka ulit, at pati nanay mo, mawawala sa’yo.”
Hindi na ako umiiyak para sa sarili ko ngayon. Takot na
takot ako para kay Mama. Wala akong ebidensya. Wala
akong laban. Pero hindi ako mananahimik habang buhay.
Kaya eto ako. Nagplano na ako. Itatago ko ang camera.
Ire-record ko ang lahat. Kahit na delikado. Kahit na
hindi ako sigurado kung ligtas pa ba ako bukas. Ang
importante—may makakaalam. May makakakita. At isang
araw... baka maniwala rin sila. Hindi ko na kaya ang
katahimikan. Kahit matakot ako. Kahit mag-isa ako.
Kailangan nilang malaman ang totoo.
TANA.
PRESENT: INT CLASSROOM
Tulala si Tasha dahil sa rebelasyong nabasa niya
patungkol sa totoong nangyre kay Tana at tuluyan na
ngang nilubog sa mga pahina ng lumang libro si Tasha
upang basahin ang mga sumunod pang nangyare.
April 4, 2017 – Pagkatapos ng nakakapagod at puno ng
takot na gabi, andito na naman ako sa silid ng aming
paaralan, kung saan nakatago ang mga medalyang
pinaghirapan ko. Hindi ko na kayang magpanggap na okay
ako, pero sinusubukan ko pa ring magmukhang masaya para
matakpan ang mga sugat na hindi nakikita. Pinipilit
kong ituon ang isipan ko sa mga medalyang nakamit ko—
mga simbolo ng tagumpay na matagal ko nang pinangarap.
Pero kahit na nagmamaganda akong nagsmile at
hinahawakan ang mga medalya, may isang bagay pa rin na
hindi ko kayang itago. Napatingin ako sa isang salamin
na nakasabit sa dingding, isang salamin na matagal ko
nang iniwasan. Saka ko lang na-realize na parang
tinutulungan akong makita ng salamin kung ano ang hindi
ko kayang tanggapin. Ang mga mata ko—pagod, puno ng
takot, at galit—mga damdaming hindi ko kayang itago
kahit anong gawin ko. Bakit ganito? Bakit parang may
mga bagay na hindi ko kayang itago? Bakit kahit anong
gawin ko, parang bumabalik pa rin ang mga gabing iyon?
Bawat gabi, pareho lang. Hindi ko kayang patagilid.
Hindi ko kayang takpan. Nagpatuloy akong mag-isip…
“Bakit hindi sila naniniwala sa akin? Bakit hindi nila
nakikita kung gaano ako nasasaktan? Bakit parang walang
nakakaalam ng nangyari… ng totoong nangyari?” Sa kabila
ng mga medalya at ng mga gabing puno ng takot, ang
salamin na ‘to—ang masakit na repleksyon ko sa sarili—
ang patuloy na nagpapakita ng katotohanan na kahit
anong pagtatago ko, hindi ko kayang itago sa mundo,
lalo na sa sarili ko. Tuluyan na akong naiyak. Hindi ko
na kayang itago ang sakit na nararamdaman ko, at sa
bawat patak ng luha ko, parang tinatanggal ko ang
maskara ko na matagal ko nang isinusuong.
ALEJANDRO:
(a smile plastered in his face) "She trusted you."
TASHA:
"What? What are you talking about?"
ALEJANDRO:
" Ang journal na natagpuan mo... bahagya pa lang iyon.
Nag-iwan si Tana ng mga pahiwatig, Tasha, mga pahiwatig
na alam niyang ikaw lang ang makakaunawa. Kaya ka niya
nilapitan. Kaya ka niya dinala sa abandonadong silid-
aralan. Ikaw lang ang makakapagbigay ng hustisya sa
kanyang pagkamatay. Dahil ikaw ang kanyang kapatid. At
nandito ako para tulungan ka. "
(He pauses, then leans closer, lowering his voice.)
ALEJANDRO:
"The person who harmed Tana...he’s still out there. And
he’s watching us."
TASHA:
“He? Who?”
ALEJANDRO:
“Principal Evans or mas tamang tawagin na Manuel
Castro.”
SCENE 21: INT. ROOM - CONTINUOUS
Tasha stares at Alejandro, her mind reeling. The
revelation of Tana's death, the connection to her own
life, and now, the name of the man responsible... it's
all too much to process.
TASHA:
(Whispering) "Principal Evans... Manuel Castro. But
why? Why would he do that to Tana?"
ALEJANDRO:
“Obsession. Gusto niya si Tana para sa kanyang sarili.
Hindi niya matanggap ang ideya na kasama siya ng iba,
ng isang taong tulad ko. Nakita niya siya bilang isang
premyo, isang tropeo na dapat niyang makuha. Nang
tanggihan siya ni Tana, siya... pinaghigantihan niya.
TASHA:
(Nanginginig ang boses niya sa galit) "Pero... pero
paano niya nagawa iyon? Siya ay isang respetadong tao,
isang haligi ng paaralan. Paano niya magagawa ng
ganoong bagay?”
ALEJANDRO:
“But you know, what’s shocking? The REAL PRINCIPAL
EVANS was death. Ang Principal Evans na nakikita niyo
ngayon ay si Manuel Castro. He used principal Evans
identity to manipulate and control the school for years
especially the evidence sa pagkamatay ni Tana. He's
been hiding in plain sight, using his position to get
closer to you. Alam niya kapatid mo si Tana. He’s a
master manipulator, a predator who preys on the
vulnerable. He undergoes a surgery to change his face
into principal evans para hindi natin siya makilala.
He’s a dangerous man, Tasha, and we need to be careful.
ALEJANDRO:
"We have to stop him, Tasha. We must expose him for
what he truly is. For Tana, for Aira, for ourselves.
This is our chance to break the cycle of fear and
silence. This is our chance to fight back."
TASHA:
(EYES determination) “For Tana.”
FADE OUT:
SCENE 22: INT. LIBRARY
FADE IN:
Tasha and Aira decided to meet at the library to
discuss everything. Tasha tells everything to Aira
which made Aira’s eyes wide.
AIRA:
"Nasaan si kuya?"
TASHA:
"Makikilala mo rin siya mamaya. Sa ngayon, may
kailangan tayong gawin."
AIRA:
"Ano?"
TASHA:
"Ang pasukin ang opisina ng Principal."
AIRA:
"Hindi na kailangan."
TASHA:
"Huh?"
AIRA:
"Nagawa ko na iyon. Noong gabing pumasok tayo sa
abandonadong silid-aralan at nakita natin siya doon,
kinutuban na ako. Kaya, binabalak kong pasukin ang
opisina niya. Nakuha ko na ang lahat ng ebidensya na
kailangan natin, pati na rin ang pagpatay niya sa tunay
na Principal Evans. Pero ang ebidensya sa pagpatay kay
Tana, wala akong nakita."
TASHA:
"Ang pinakamahalagang ebidensya ay nasa janitor. Ang
memory card. Kailangan nating kausapin siya."
FADE OUT:
SCENE 23: EXT. SCHOOL GROUNDS
FADE IN:
Naglakad sila Tasha at Aira papuntang school grounds at
dahil Sabado ngayon ay walang estudyante. Naabutan
nilang nagwawalis ang janitor doon.
TASHA:
“It’s him.”
Nilapitan nila ang janitor.
JANITOR:
(NATIGILAN)
“Anong kailangan niyo?”
TASHA:
“Let’s cut the chase. Alam kong alam mo kung anong
pakay namin dito.”
JANITOR:
“Wala akong alam sa sinasabi niyo. Mabuti pang umalis
na kayo.” (akmang aalis nang magsalita ulit si Tasha)
TASHA:
“Katana Reese Flores or Tana. The student died eight
years ago. Ipagkakaila mo pa ba siya na hindi mo siya
kilala.
JANITOR:
(tinitigan silang dalawa at napabuntong-hininga; may
Hinugot sa bulsa at ibinigay sa kanila.)
“Yan lang ang ibinigay ni Tana sa akin nung araw na
namatay siya. Kung anong laman yan hindi ko na alam.
Kung anong nakita ko nung gabing pinatay siya ay hindi
ko na kayo matutulungan doon dahil pinapanood niya ako.
Pati kilos ko.”
(akmang aalis ng biglang may naalala siya.)
“May video kung paano pinatay si Tana. Nandoon sa old
camera na nakuha mo.”
Nung paalis na sila Tasha at Aira, bigla silang
humandusay at nawalan ng malay. Yon pala hinampas sila
ng janitor para mawalan sila ng malay. Out of nowhere,
lumabas sa kung saan si Principal Evans/Uncle Manuel.
PRINCIPAL EVANS (UNCLE MANUEL):
“Magaling. Pwede ka nang umalis.” (A chilling smile
spreads across his face as he speaks to the janitor.
Kinuha ang memory card na binigay ng janitor.)
FADE OUT:
SCENE 24: INT. ABANDONED CLASSROOM
FADE IN:
Nakatali at walang magawa, tiningnan ni Tasha at Aira
ang paligid ng silid. Ang mga alikabok ay sumasayaw sa
sinag ng buwan na tumatagos sa isang sirang bintana.
Nahihilo pa si Aira, at hinihimas ang kanyang mga mata.
AIRA:
"Nasaan... nasaan tayo?"
TASHA:
"Ito yung silid-aralan... yung silid kung saan si
Tana..."
Napahinto si Tasha sa pagsasalita, at napatingin sa
lumang kamera na nakapatong sa sahig. Bukas ito, at
nakakalat ang mga larawan sa paligid.
AIRA:
"Ang kamera... sira na. At ang memory card... wala na."
Nalungkot ang puso ni Tasha. Ang memory card lang ang
kanilang pag-asa para patunayan ang kasalanan ni Manuel
Castro.
Biglang bumukas ang pinto ng may tunog na pag-ikot.
Isang pigura ang nakatayo sa pintuan, nakasilaw sa
sinag ng buwan. Si Manuel Castro, ang kanyang mukha ay
nakangisi ng nakakatakot.
MANUEL CASTRO:
"Aba, aba, aba. Tingnan mo nga naman, bumalik na kayo
sa paborito kong silid-aralan."
MANUEL CASTRO:
(Tumawa ng malakas)
"Akala niyo ba hahayaan kong ibunyag niyo ako? Akala
niyo ba hahayaan kong sirain niyo ang lahat ng
pinaghirapan ko? Doon kayo nagkakamali."
Lumapit siya sa kanila, ang kanyang mga mata ay
kumikinang ng galit.
AIRA:
"Hayop ka!"
MANUEL CASTRO:
“I'm a survivor, Aira. And you're about to become a
victim."
He reaches out and grabs a rusty wrench from a pile of
debris.
TASHA:
"Huwag mo siyang sasaktan!"
MANUEL CASTRO:
(tumingin kay Tasha)
"Huwag kang mag-alala at ikaw ang susunod. Alam mo ba,
pinapanood kita, Tasha. Alam kong darating ka. Alam
kong hahanapin mo ang katotohanan. Pero hindi kita
hahayaang magsabi ng kahit ano."
FADE IN:
Nanginginig ang mga kamay ng janitor habang sinusubukan
niyang ipasok ang memory card sa isang computer.
Sinusunod niya ang mga utos ni Manuel Castro, pero
nagsimula nang mag-alinlangan ang kanyang isipan. Alam
niyang tumutulong siya sa isang halimaw, pero ang takot
ang nagpigil sa kanya.
TASHA:
"Kuya Alejandro! Mag-ingat ka!"
AIRA:
"Kailangan nating makatakas dito!"
Ginamit ni Tasha ang kanyang mga ngipin para kagatin
ang lubid na nakatali sa kanyang mga pulso. Pagkatapos
ay inabot niya ang mga lubid ni Aira, desperadong
sinusubukan siyang palayain.
TASHA:
"Opo ma, iniisip ko kung hindi yon ginawa ni Ate, hindi
ako mapupunta sa isang mabuting pamilya at hindi ako
magkakaroon ng isang mabuting magulang."
MOTHER:
"Alam kong mahirap, anak. Pero kailangan mong
maintindihan at magpakatatag. Patawarin mo kami ni papa
mo kung bakit namin itinago sayo ang katotohanan."
(hinahaplos-haplos ang ulo ni tasha)
TASHA:
"Ok lang po yon, ma, Salamat sa lahat."
MOTHER:
(niyakap si Tasha)
FADE OUT:
SCENE 30: INT. ABANDONED CLASSROOM
FADE IN:
Tapos na ang lahat. Nabigyan na ng hustisya ang
pagkamatay ni Tana. Graduating na rin si Tasha at
magpapatuloy sa panibagong yugto ng kanyang buhay. Pero
bago iyon, napagdesisyunan niyang dalawin ang
abandonadong silid-aralan kung saan namatay si Tana.
