Our mission is to build a thought-leading podcast platform that brings insights and
stories from top industry leaders to aspiring professionals.
Collective Goals:
o Launch a professional podcast channel within 3 months.
o Publish bi-weekly episodes with high production quality.
o Reach 5,000 listens/downloads within the first 3 months.
o Build long-term relationships with executive-level guests.
o Develop a strong digital presence and engaged listener community.

5. Communication Guidelines
Tools Used:
o Google Meet: Weekly meetings and guest interviews
o Google Drive: File sharing and collaboration
o MS Project: Task and milestone tracking
Communication Norms:
o Response Time: 12 hours for regular communication, 06 hours for time-
sensitive issues
o Tone: Professional, supportive, and constructive
o Escalation: If a message goes unanswered for over 16 hours, escalate to the
Project Manager
o Weekly Sync: A check-in calls every Monday to review progress and plan
ahead
6. Decision-Making Criteria
o Default Method: Team Consensus – open discussion until all team members
agrees
o If Consensus Fails: Decision by Unanimous Vote
o Final Escalation: If urgent and no consensus, Project Manager decides based
on inputs
o Documentation: All decisions must be logged in the team’s shared decision
register

7. Conflict Resolution Process
We agree to the following structured approach:
o Direct Conversation: The involved parties will have a respectful 1:1 discussion
o Team Discussion: If unresolved, the issue is brought to the next team meeting
for open discussion
o Escalation: If still unresolved, the Project Manager will mediate and make a
final call
o Documentation: All major conflicts and resolutions will be noted for
transparency
8. Meeting Guidelines
o Frequency: Weekly team meetings (every Monday) + Ad hoc sessions as
needed
o Platform: Google Meet
o Agenda: Shared 24 hours in advance via Email (Outlook)
• Norms:
o Be on time and prepared
o No multitasking (phones on silent or away)
o Everyone speaks once before someone speaks twice
o Action items are summarized and assigned before the meeting ends

10. Team Operating Agreements
o Core Working Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM GMT (flexible with clear
communication)
o Remote Work Norms: Fully remote with expectations to attend all scheduled
meetings
o Availability: Shared availability calendars updated weekly
o Task Visibility: All assignments and deadlines are tracked in MS Project
