UCKMAW DRAKE IS A MOSS-CRUSTED, SEMI- aquatic draconic beast with a yawning. circular maw and a body built for both lurking and lunging. Thick scales run down its flanks, blending into the silt and mire. Its back is covered in swamp muck, reeds, and bits of detritus—making it nearly indistinguishable from the marsh when at rest. Though it lacks wings, the Muckmaw Drake is no less deadly than its aerial cousins, using ambush tactics, brute strength, and suction breath to dominate its territory. Muckmaw Drake Comsat Tactics ‘The Muckmaw Drake is a deadly ambusher that leverages waterlogged terrain to control positioning. It waits submerged or in muddy reeds, using Bog Dive to stay hidden until prey is close. It begins combat by unleashing its Suction Breath to drag enemies into melee range, often pulling vulnerable backline characters directly to its maw. Once in melee, it uses Multiattack to bite and tailwhip, knocking enemies prone to prevent escape. Its Reflexive ‘Snap keeps mobile melee characters wary, punishing reckless approach. If wounded or targeted by ranged attacks, it re-submerges with Bog Dive to reposition and ‘wait to strike again ‘Smart players will quickly learn not to fight it near ‘water—too bad they're already waistdeep.
