Assalamu Alaykum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.

To our dear graduates and moving-up learners, their proud families, dedicated teachers, school heads, and
superintendents across the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao—my heartfelt
congratulations to all of you on this momentous occasion.
Today, we gather in spirit and celebrate your hard work, determination, and faith. This milestone marks the
successful completion of an academic journey and a significant step toward building a better future for
yourselves, your families, and the Bangsamoro.

This sacred journey of learning does not end here. As you move forward, may you continue to seek
knowledge with sincerity and use it to serve others with humility and integrity. Whether you are advancing to
the next grade, completing technical training, or graduating from college, you carry the hopes and dreams of
our region for a future built on peace, justice, and moral governance.
To our learners: You have persevered despite the many challenges of our time. Your achievement is proof of
your strength and your will to learn. May you continue to seek knowledge with humility and purpose, for
education is a lifelong journey. As the Holy Qur’an reminds us in Surah Al-Mujadila, verse 11: “Allah will raise
those who have believed among you and those who were given knowledge, by degrees.” Indeed, in Islam,
pursuing knowledge is a noble obligation that strengthens our faith and character as Muslims.

To our teachers: Your commitment and sacrifices have not gone unnoticed. You are the backbone of our
education system. You inspire minds, nurture hearts, and shape the future of the Bangsamoro. Thank you for
standing by our learners and helping them realize their potential.

To our school administrators and superintendents: Thank you for upholding the principles of moral
governance in your work. Your leadership ensures that our schools remain places of integrity, accountability,
and excellence—where no Bangsamoro learner is left behind.

Education is central to our journey toward a peaceful and progressive Bangsamoro. It goes beyond academic
success; it focuses on cultivating righteous, informed, and empowered individuals who will contribute to the
development of our communities and realize our aspirations as a nation.

The Ministry of Basic, Higher, and Technical Education (MBHTE) remains steadfast in ensuring that no
Bangsamoro learner is left behind. We are committed to nurturing an education system that reflects the
values of ilm (knowledge), adab (good character), and ihsan (excellence).

On behalf of the MBHTE, I congratulate all our graduates and moving-up learners. Thank you to your parents
and guardians for your unwavering support. May this achievement inspire you to continue striving, learning,
and dreaming.
As your Minister, I assure you that we remain dedicated to our shared vision of an inclusive, high-quality, and
morally guided education for all.

Wassalamu Alaykum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.

Graduation Song

We’ve come so far, Through the doors we walk,

Now the day is here, Our paths untold,
Memories made, With the courage to be brave
And the world’s so clear. And the strength to hold.
Through the highs and lows, We’ll face what comes,
We’ve found our way We’ll stand so tall,
Now we’re standing at the No matter where life leads
Edge of a brand-new day.
We laughed, we cried,
We laughed, we cried, We grew so strong,
We grew so strong, We’re ready now,
We’re ready now, Where we belong.
Where we belong. The future’s waiting,
The future’s calling, Just for me and you,
We’ll answer true, Let’s make it count,
With hearts so bold Let’s see it through
And dreams that flew. (repeat chorus)
CHORUS
Here’s to the moments that shaped This is our time,
who we are, We’ll rise and fly,
To the road ahead, we’ll chase With every dream
every star. We’ll touch the sky.
We’re more than ready, We’ve learned,
The world’s in our hands, We’ve loved, we’ve grown,
New beginning, it’s time to stand. Now we know
We’ll write our story, make it shine, We’re never alone
Together forever, across all time (Repeat Chorus)
