DESIGNATION: Manager – Enterprise Sales

JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business
partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and
have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when
making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy and
generate revenue

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

● Research and identify opportunities for new partners in line with


commercial growth strategy.
● Generate B2B leads independently, create and manage databases from scratch
● Close deals to secure new partners for Medulance.
● Prepare customized proposals and presentations for potential clients of Medulance.
● Manage pipeline information and client relationships to identify potential
new business leads & growth opportunities.
● Drive revenue generation in line with Medulance strategic growth plan
● Manage effective relationships with key partners.
● Actively engage in other duties, projects and opportunities assigned within the role.
● Consistently meeting the KRA's and set business targets.
● Provide valuable insights and feedback from clients to drive product
enhancements and service improvements.
● Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels
● Coordinating with other departments, including marketing and
customer service, to ensure that clients receive high quality service
● Negotiating contracts with clients to ensure that both parties are satisfied
with the terms of the agreement.

● Need to be a hunter and gather new partnership opportunities.
