SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
(Coupled with Interest)
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
I, AAA, of legal age, Filipino, a resident of ___________________________, do
hereby name, constitute and appoint BBB of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of
____________________________, to be my true and lawful attorney in-fact, to act for
and in my stead, to do and perform the following acts and deeds, thus:
1. To manage the treasure hunting activities in my property located at
___________________________;
2. To dig for any treasure within the land and enter into agreements
relative thereto.
3. To file any case against anyone who enters the land without authority
from me;
4. To engage the services of Atty. CCC to prosecute the case for damages
and injunction against those who would illegally enter my land;
5. In consideration of this agency, BBB shall be entitled to 40% of whatever
treasure that may be found in the land.
6. As payment for the legal services, BBB agreed to assign to Atty. CCC
30% of AAA’s share in whatever treasure that may be recovered in the
subject land.
7. To do such any other act or thing that may be required necessary or
incidental to carry out effectively any and all of the purposes for which this
authority is hereby given;
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact irrevocable
power and authority to do and perform any and every act, and thing whatsoever
requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
of these presents.
