Style Guide
From movie genres to hair color, everyone has their
preferences and we want to celebrate our
differences.
We invite our people to bring individuality to
work, therefore we have created a guide to walk
team members through professionalism at
Regal.
Note: The Dress Code policy is subject to variation based on applicable state or local laws.
Please contact the HR Department for any questions regarding special situations or
circumstances.

General Requirements
• Generic slip-resistant black
shoes without prominent
manufacturer logos
• All-black socks
• Pant legs should reach shoes
so that no skin shows below
pants, or above shoes and
socks
• Appropriately sized and
styled belt with a buckle of a
modest and
professional manner
• Company branded apron
and visor (where applicable)
• Makeup must be neatly
applied and understated
• Fingernails must be clean,
of reasonable length and

• Facial hair should be kept
clean and well-groomed

Shirts & Name Tags
• Regal provides branded shirts for our
Team Members, Team Leads and Senior
Team Leads
• Team Members, TLs and STLs are
responsible for the cleaning and
maintenance of the shirts
• Team Members, TLs and STLs are expected to
arrive for work with shirts clean, wrinkle and
stain free
• Shirts should always be tucked in while on duty
• Black undershirts should be worn under
Team Member’s polo style shirts
• Name tags should have the first name in a
larger font, and a favorite movie title in a
smaller font*

tape. No Bold or Italicized fonts should be used.
Pants YES
• All Team Member Level Positions*
and Team Leads can wear solid
blue/black jeans or black dress slacks
• Pants must be pulled to the waist at
all times
• Pants must be free from rips, tears,
or any other signs of wear or fading
• No other material, such as canvas,
khakis, form-fitting stretch pants, or
capris are allowed
• Pant legs should reach shoes so that
no skin shows below pants, or above
shoes and socks

Jewelry YES
• Jewelry should be limited to no more than
three rings total, necklaces must be concealed
for safety reasons, and earrings are limited to
no more than 4 per ear no larger than a quarter
which can be worn on all parts of the ear
• Gauges/Plugs may not be larger than the size
of a dime
• Face piercings should be limited to no more than 2
piercings, and are acceptable for all areas except lips,
mouth and tongue
• No single hoop/ring should be larger than 10MM, no
single stud should be larger than 3MM
• Covering piercings with a band aid, make-up,
or anything other than appropriate clothing
that is consistent with Regal dress code is not

• All jewelry should be appropriate for the
workplace and secured

Management Dress Code
• Slip-resistant shoes
• A manager-style name tag must be always
worn
• All attire should be clean, pressed and in
good condition
• Adhere to the personal appearance and
grooming standards outlined on page 3, 6
and 7
• Appropriate professional business attire,
which includes Blouses, Dress Shirts, Dress
Pants, Slacks, Chinos
• Jacket and/or Ties Optional
• All clothing must be clean and wrinkle free
and have no visible stains or discoloration
• Examples of unacceptable dress generally
include but are not necessarily limited to
attire that is suggestive, revealing, overly
tight; sleeveless, cropped, athletic or club
wear; and jeans of any color.
