Instructions for Parents and Students – Assessments/MY, EOY Exams
Session 2024-25
Dear Parents and Students,

You all are requested to consider following instructions for the smooth commencement of the examinations
process.

❖ Attendance is mandatory for all the students appearing in exams..


❖ All students must wear formal school uniforms during exam days and arrive well in time at school.
❖ Students who get absent for any exam due to some reason, must report immediately to the school office before
08:15 am.
❖ There will be no re-scheduling of the exam.
❖ If a student is absent on his exam date, he will be awarded zero marks for that paper.
❖ Bring all the relevant stationery along with you.
❖ Do not bring any unauthorized material (e.g. written notes, notes in dictionaries, paper, and sticky tape eraser).
These will be checked and confiscated.
❖ Cell phones/E-gadgets are not allowed.
❖ You are not permitted to share calculators or any other materials during the examinations.
❖ Students are required to comply with the instructions of invigilators at all times.
❖ If you have a query or need more papers, raise your hand and the teacher will approach you.
❖ Do not turn over the exam paper until told to do so.
❖ Keep your eyes on your own paper. Remember, copying is cheating!
❖ Manage to complete the exam within allotted time and stop writing immediately when the teacher says, it is the
end of the exam time.Wishing you all the best!
