CENTRIFUGE MUD SOLID CONTROL PRODUCTS

离心机 泥浆固控类
Centrifuge is the fourth-level solid control equipment of drilling
solid control system, which is necessary for diamond bit drilling,
directional drilling and horizontal well construction. It can
effectively separate ultra-fine harmful solid below 10μm that
cannot be separated by cyclone, reduce the specific gravity of
mud and improve drilling efficiency. The separable particle size
of medium-speed centrifuge is 5-7μm, and that of high-speed
centrifuge is 3-5μm.
★Large aspect ratio and high separation factor.
★The drum and rotary drum are made of stainless steel with
strong corrosion resistance.
★ The blades of the propeller are inlaid with cemented carbide,
which improves the wear resistance of the propeller.
