With reference to above subject and reference, it is to inform that this office

has no objection to your proposal for providing beautification /artwork of Gokhale

Bridge iri Andheri East/West, subject to following -

1. No any financial cost will be incurred by BMC.

2. The artwork should include only messages related to traffic /BMC working.

3. The artwork should not include any religious or political symbols or messages.

4. Any dispute arising out of the said beautification/art work will be your

responsibility and BMC & its officials will be indemnified from the same.
