GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- Candidate must have work experience in Virtual Build validation, Time study, Torque Audit, Build Book creation
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Min 3 years in below technical skillset
- Implement process/tool/equipment modifications to support Engineering Changes and Process Change requests
at Engine / Battery / chargers / Motors / Locomotives Assembly
- Create/update manufacturing process documents – PFD, PFMEA, Safety FMEA, Control Plan, Standard Work and
Standard Operating Procedures
- Configure and update Standard Work and Torque tools in the Manufacturing Execution Support system
(PINpoint/CAPP+/MESA)
- Create/update process routing in SAP (CBS)
- Conduct Engine/Loco Assembly/ Dis Assembly process audit. Work with cross functional team to resolve audit
findings within stipulated time
- Conduct Ergonomic Study for Engine Assembly process, identify gaps and implement suitable solution to eliminate
ergonomic risks
- Support continuous improvement drive by implementing improvement suggestions received from cross functional
team
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
− Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering
