tapioca pearls in every spoonful makes it the ideal option for a light dessert or snack.
That will surely satisfy your cravings, to ensure that you get the true flavor of ripe
mangoes in every bite, our mango tapioca is created with the best ingredients and
prepared to perfection. For fans of mangoes and desserts alike, it is the height of
enjoyment.

Strengths: Unique Flavor: Mango tapioca has a special mango taste that makes
it stand out. Natural Ingredients: It's made with fresh mangoes and tapioca
pearls, making it a healthy option. Versatile: You can eat it as a dessert, snack,
or use it as a topping for other foods.

Weaknesses: Seasonal Availability: Mangoes are only available during certain


times of the year. Short Shelf Life: Mango tapioca doesn't stay fresh for very
long. Competition: There are other snacks and desserts that compete with
mango tapioca.

Opportunities: Health Trend: People want healthier snacks, so mango tapioca


can attract those customers. Variety: Create different flavors or combinations to
appeal to a broader audience. Exporting: If it's successful locally, consider selling
it in other countries.

Threats Competition: There are already many similar products in the market.

VII. MARKETING STRATEGIES

Price
We’ve implemented a strategic pricing approach for our mango tapioca to give
customers a satisfying and affordable drinking experience. Especially for loyal
customers or students who consistently purchase mango tapioca, we’ve connected
with them to offer discounts and set a wallet-friendly regular price of 50 pesos for
every cup of mango tapioca.
To encourage loyalty, we’ve introduced an offering where customers earn discounts
or a free one-cup of our mango tapioca after making a certain number of purchases.
We keep things exciting with daily specials and happy hour deals to provide even
more affordability.

Place:
Mango Tapioca is located at Northern Bukidnon State College. The stalls are near
the BSBSA building. Where lots of students hang out or students who are waiting for
their next subjects Being right where students are makes it easy for them to grab
Tapioca Mango.
The store also accepts delivery and orders from students around the school.

Promotion:
In order to show Mango Tapioca to potential customers, it should give out flyers with
information about the product and promote it on social media. Also, ask some
popular students to talk about Tapioca Mango to their friends. Also, use online
platforms where students often check, like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Be
part of events at schools, like sports games, the culminating program, NBSC days,
and other programs that could let the students try mango tapioca and remember how
tasty it is.
