1. Preface

Thank you for using our HD IP camera products. This series of products are all-in-one IP
cameras designed for network video surveillance, including box IP camera, infrared box IP
camera, dome IP camera, speed dome IP camera, etc. These products adopt high
performance and powerful single SOC chip media processor to integrate audio and video
capture, compression and transmission. Standard H.264 high profile coding algorithm
ensures clearer and smoother video transmission effect. Built-in Web Server allows users
to easily perform real-time monitoring and remote control over front-end cameras via IE
browser. This series of IP cameras is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises,
families, and other environments that require remote network video transmission and
monitoring. It is easy to install and operate.

2. Runtime environment configuration

2.1 Machine configuration requirements


CPU: Intel I3-3220 or better
RAM Memory: 4G or above
Graphics: 256MB dedicated graphics memory or better
Graphics Display: support 1024 x 768 or higher resolution

2.2 Operating System Requirements

Windows 7, Windows 8

2.4 Browser Configuration Requirements

First log device, open the IE browser, click


“Tools”.with pop-down menu.

And click on “Internet Options”, pop-up
screen.

In the "Security", click the button

3. Log in

In the URL box, enter the device IP:


Default IP: 192.168.12.100
Note: If the user's computer does not have 12
segment's IP, you need to add 12 segment to
the computer network IP
Login screen appears after Logging in IE:

Login:
Step One: Choose your language (default
is English)
Step two: Enter the correct user name
and password (The default user name
and password are "admin")

Step Three: Click the button to login

4. The main interface

4.1 Plug-in installation instructions

Log into the main interface, If the picture does not appear for the first time, please click
interface above change security settings tips,

One of two situations will appear after clicking


The first case: If the pop-up dialog box

appears, select "Install Blocked" then select
"all users on this computer to install this
add-ins" Install add-ins, the interface will
be displayed properly.
 The second case: If the following dialog
box appears, select "Disable add-ons" and then select "on
all websites run add-ins" Run add-ins,

ActiveX Controls dialog box will pop up,

Click the button , the main interface

will be displayed properly.

The main interface normal display state:

4.2 Live preview interface

The button is used to open and close monitoring function, dark gray state
means monitoring function is closed, bright blue state means monitoring function is
open
Talkback function controlled by the talkback button , dark gray state means
function is closed, bright blue state means function is open
 Channel selection ,in the drop down , select the channel,Only one
channel for ip camera.
 Stream selection ,in the drop down , select the stream,stream 1
is the main stream,stream 2 is the sub-stream
 Grab: Click the Grab button to get the current screen.
 Video: Click the record button to start recording, click again to cancel the
recording, video settings can be set.
 Resolution, stream, frame rate information at the bottom left of the interface:

 Zoom function, real-time preview screen by dragging the mouse to select the area
you want to magnify to zoom. Right-click the pop-up dialog box , you can
choose to exit the magnified area to restore panorama.

4.3 Alarm Output

Provides four alarm output

4.4 PTZ

(Note: it is only effective to the device support PTZ function)

4.4.1 Preset control

 Add Preset:
In the Preset drop-down menu, select the
preset position, click preset settings
interface will pop up.
In the drop-down menu to set preset ID,
enter the preset name, click to setting,
Click to exit the setup screen.
 Delete Preset:
Drop-down menu, select the preset you
Want to delete, Click to delete the
preset position.
 Call the preset position:
Drop-down menu, select the preset position
you want to call, through click for preset
position recalls.

4.4.2 Track control

 Add track:
In the track drop-down menu, select the track,
Click ,the track adding interface will pop up.
In the drop-down menu to set trace ID,
enter the track name , click as
track start position, click as the
track end position, click to exit track
setting interface.
 Remove track:
In the drop-down menu, select the track you
want to delete by click to delete the track.
 Call track:
In the drop-down menu, select the track you
want to call, through click to call tack.

4.4.3 PTZ control

 Direction control:
Click the up and down arrow keys to control
PTZ direction, pulling speed adjustment bar
to control PTZ movement speed.

 Function Control:
By clicking on the button and
button corresponding amplification,
focus, iris control. The button is a 3D
zoom function keys, is the wiper
function keys. is a lighting function keys.

5. Setup interface Operating Instructions

Click to enter setup interface (default enters the device information screen),
provides the following setting items.

5.1 Device Information

Click to enter the device information screen:

Device Information provided information of the device, manufacturer, firmware version,


ONVIF protocol version, including set the device name

5.2 Manage Device

Click to enter the device management interface:

5.2.1 IP Settings

Click to enter the local network settings:

Can be set for the following:
 Click choose
automatically obtain IP, the device will be set
to automatically obtain IP status, acquired IP
will be displayed in the DHCP IP field.
 Click to choose Static IP, Set the IP
address, subnet mask, and default gateway.
One should pay attention to the IP address
and the default gateway consistency

5.2.2 PPPoE

Click to enter the PPPoE interface:

In PPPoE interface, PPPoE can be viewed and set various settings.


 Check , the user name and password are editable; you can set the
user name and password.

5.2.3 Port Settings

Click to enter device port interface:

The port of Http, Https, RTSP and Control can be viewed and set.

5.2.4 Date & Time


Click to enter date setting interface:

 Daylight Saving Time:


Check to enable daylight saving time, start time and end time can be set

Click on the drop-down menu of time elements,


you can set the time elements, such as weeks
setting diagram: choose one , then click
button after the [pc time] to confirm

 Device time settings:
Time settings provided with the computer time
calibration and set the time manually

 NTP:
Check Enable NTP. NTP IP / DNS
settings provide NTP server address, the port
can be set (default is 123). Click button
to confirm.

5.2.5 QOS

Click to enter QOS settings interface:

QOS can be viewed and set various settings.

5.3 Media Configure


Click to enter the media setting interface:

 Source Resolution: Resolution of the sensor can be modified


 Stream ID: choose stream 1, can set the parameters of the main stream; choose
stream 2, can set the parameters of the sub-stream.
 Video Encode: H264 High Profile,H264 Main Profile,H264 Base Line and MJPEG can
be chosen, default is H264 High Profile, also is the best video encode.

 Audio Encode: G711_ALAW, G711_ULAW and RAW_PCM can be chosen, default is
G711_ALAW.
 Bit Rate Type: CBR means control code stream in a fixed value; VBR means
dynamically adjusted stream size according to different scenarios, and do not exceed
the maximum; LBR means Fixed frame length.
 Quality: The higher the quality the better the image quality, bit rate will be higher. The
range of 1-9, the typical default value is 5.

Basic and Advance Setup

 Basic setup: You can set the brightness rod,


saturation, contrast, sharpness and NR

horizontal,vertical, horizontal + vertical.
 Exposure: used to set the exposure, the
exposure shutter mode configuration provides a
fixed shutter and the maximum shutter settings,
both through the pull-down bar, select Settings,
Default: Auto, 1/25 [50Hz]: 1/30 [60Hz].
 Gain: Gain parameter is used to set the gain configuration provides a gain mode,
fixed gain and maximum gain settings. Default: Auto, fixed gain 0, maximum gain 100.
 White Balance:Used to set the scene modes, including auto, cloudy, flourescent, sunny
 WDR: Disable, low or high
 Power Line:By selecting a different frequency and power to overcome the image
frequency is not synchronized brought flickering. There 50Hz and 60Hz for selection,
the default is 50Hz.
 Iris Speed: Auto and manual.
 Day and night settings: day and night setting provides day and night mode and night
colors, rolling night threshold, night turn day threshold and switching sensitivity
settings.
 Day and night modes: Passive, active, day mode, night mode, schedule.
 Night colors: black and white, color, default is black and white
 Rolling night threshold: The default value is 60
 The Day night threshold: The default value is 10
 Delay or Switch sensitivity: lower, low, medium, high, and higher, default is higher.
 Note: The threshold settings need to be cautious, but at night turn is greater
than the threshold at night turn threshold.
 All settings and save the settings through the . Click to reset default
values.

5.3.3 Setting OSD

Click to enter the OSD setting interface:

 OSD setting interface provides image preview,
the user can click interface to set the right
setting item, and set in the image preview,

5.3.4 Audio setting


Click then select to enter the audio configuration settings interface:

You can view and configure the audio settings.


Check , audio input and audio input volume types can be set in state.

5.3.5 Privacy masking

Click to enter the Privacy Mask setting interface:

 Setting steps:
Step 1: Check to enable
privacy masking.
Step 2: In the preview screen, drag the mouse
to select the mask area, click the right to
cancel the area selection (individually
canceled).
Step 3: Click .

you can disable privacy masking function.

5.3.6 Video System

Click into the video output interface:

Video output can be viewed and set.

5.4 Device I / O
5.4.1 Set PTZ

Click to enter the device I / O setting interface, then select :

Check Enable PTZ, PTZ is set state at this time.

PTZ can be viewed and various settings.

5.4.2 Alarm I / O

5.5 Alarm Trigger
Click configure to enter the alarm setting interface:

5.5.1 Motion Detection


Click to enter the mobile alarm interface:

You can view and set the mobile alarm.


Check to enable motion detection, motion detection time can be set
up in the state.
Click to enter scheduled time setting interface:

Check to enable motion detection, motion detection time and time zone can be
set in the state.

 Setting steps:
Step one: Select the moving area or
ignore regional
Step Two: Drag the mouse to select the

 Check to enable alarm output.

5.5.2 Alarm Trigger

Click to enter the Alarm I / O trigger setup:

You can view and set the I / O alarm in the I / O alarm interface,
Check to enable the alarm I / O, this time you can set the alarm time in the
state, click and you can enter to the Schedule setup to set the time.

Check to Enable Alarm Output。

5.5.3 Alarm delay

You can view the groups and settings, the interface provides Administrators, Operator,
Media user three groups, including Administrators permissions can not be set to the
default value. The other two groups can be set.

5.7.2 User
Click to enter the User Settings screen:

 Click to pop-up user the add interface,


you can add users.

 You can also Deleted or Modify any user.

Click to restore factory settings, If check , the original


IP can be restored.
6. FAQ

1 I am directly connected computer video browsing, I found the video is often slow,
but the delay is growing slowly.
A: Check whether the network access standards, such as replacing a network cable
tested qualified.

2 Why do I use IE log device, you can see the login screen, but that is not logged
into?
A: Please check the IE's Internet Options -> Privacy -> settings to ensure regional settings
to "Medium" or lower.

3 Why do I login page, the video window can not display video, but also the size of
the real-time update rate?
A: Please upgrade the graphics card driver to the latest version.
