We regret to inform you that it may not be possible for us to provide the manpower
as outlined in your email. However, we would be pleased to offer our Design
Services for the Civil Works component of the project.

Should you provide us with the Terms of Reference (TOR) and detailed Scope of
Work for the design services, we will review them and submit our Techno-Financial
Proposal accordingly.

Regarding the structural design software requirements mentioned, we would like to


note that SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD.Pro are generally utilized in our
practice. It may be challenging to identify resources proficient in any additional or
alternative software tools that were listed in the email.
