 ABSTRACT

This abstract highlights the wide range of activities organized by Basavakalyan

Engineering College, through the National Service Scheme (NSS) to help students
grow in various ways. BKEC NSS programs aim to make students more
responsible, better leaders, and more connected to their communities. These
activities cover areas like Organic farming, Waste management, women leading
to contribution in social and economic issues, Water conservation techniques,
Preparing an actionable business proposal for enhancing the village income
and approach for implementation, Helping local schools to achieve good
results , Swachh Bharat, Social connect and responsibilities, Plantation and
adoption of plants, Govt. school Rejuvenation and helping them to achieve
good infrastructure. By participating in these activities, students not only make a
positive impact on society but also develop personally and professionally. BKEC
NSS activities as per VTU prescribed activities are shaping students into caring,
socially aware individuals ready to tackle real- world challenges.

We take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude and respect to Basavakalyan Engineering
College, Basavakalyan for providing us a platform to pursue our studies and carry out the NSS
activities.
