Installation Instructions
• ATB Switch
The switch is NC(normally closed), and the two switches are
connected in series. When installing the limit switch, the end
of the wire should face forward, and a certain margin should
be left (the switch will rotate), and the wire should be tied.
The main hook uses black, and the auxiliary hook uses red
(Note:The auxiliary hook hoop needs to be connected
separately with two ropes,so when the rope is spinning,It
will not stir the hammer of the limit switch and broken the
switch).
If using another switch,two limit switches, both NO or NC,
must be selected.
Two switches of NC type are connected in series; two
switches of NO type are connected in parallel, and the switch
type is changed to NO on the host 0001 interface.
Note ①
NO(normally open)
It means that during normal operation, the switch
NC NO point of the circuit is disconnected, which is called
normally open. Correspondingly, the circuit
appliances (such as solenoid valves) are not working,
and can also be called normally open.
NC(normally closed)
Refers to the normal operation, the circuit switch
point is closed, that is called normally closed.
Correspondingly, the circuit appliances (solenoid
valve, relay) are in working state, which can also be
called normally closed.

Series circuit
Series circuit Parallel circuit It means that the current flows out from the positive
pole of the power supply, and returns to the negative
pole of the power supply through various electrical
appliances. If there is no shunt on the way, these
electrical appliances are connected in series.
Series voltage division, no split! Generally,
electrical appliances cannot be connected in series!
Parallel circuit
It means that the current is divided into several
branches somewhere. If each branch has only one
electrical appliance, these electrical appliances are
connected in parallel.
Parallel shunt, no pressure division!

Two NC, height limit switches should be
connected in series (if one is disconnected, the
whole circuit will be disconnected)
Two NO, height limit switches should be
connected in parallel (connect one, the whole
circuit will be closed)
Length angle sensor
The length angle sensor is divided into 40 meters, 50
meters and other types according to the length of the
boom of the truck crane. The internal structure is
composed of an angle sensor, a length sensor assembly
and a sliding wire
The sensor is divided into left installation and right
installation. When installing, the outlet is facing the
direction of the hook head, and the outlet cannot rub
the outlet
The pull wire and the wire holder should be installed
as a line, and the pull wire should be controlled in the
middle of the wire outlet to prevent the pull wire from
running to one side, affecting the take-up and length
error
For wire reel wiring, it is necessary to go to the root
along the boom, and leave a certain margin at the root,
and then lead the line to the cab

Hydraulic pressure load cell
The hydraulic sensor is a sensor that calculates the weight by
measuring the pressure of the cylinder
The product needs to install two sensors, one is the lower oil
chamber sensor (very important), and the other is the upper oil
chamber sensor (assisting calculation, reducing error)
The sensor of the lower oil chamber is installed on the oil circuit
of the jacking oil pipe at the lower part of the oil cylinder, and the
sensor of the upper oil chamber is installed on the oil circuit of
the oil return pipe at the upper part of the oil cylinder (the sensor
is generally installed on the original car, and the installation
position can be determined by finding the sensor)
The wiring of the sensor should be along the oil pipe, tied with
cable ties, leaving a certain margin for the movable part
Expand knowledge
The hydraulic sensor is the current signal, the red is the power supply, and
the black is the signal line;
In the main engine, WAD=XWAD-(SWAD ÷ oil difference coefficient);
The default value of the oil difference coefficient is 2, which can be
modified in the 0008 password;
The oil difference coefficient plays a role in stabilizing the weight signal,
making the status of the boom and the weight display more stable

Calibration
It should be noted that before calibration, check whether the signal values of various sensors are normal. 1031
enters the calibration interface, and you can see all arm length working conditions in the empty hook collection
interface, and confirm that it is consistent with the vehicle; whether the sensor data in the lower left corner is
normal ( The general RAD value is between 10000 and 3000, the LAD value is below 10000, and the two-way
WAD value is around 10000)
During the empty hook collection process, pay attention to whether the WAD value is close at the same angle when
the boom is raised and lowered, and if there is a difference of hundreds or thousands. The driver should be asked to
raise the arm to return oil every time the collection is made, so that the values are the data when the arm is raised
There is a wire rope weight in the 0001 password, the default is one ton, and it needs to be set smaller (generally
set to 0.3), so that objects hanging hundreds of kilograms will be displayed
If the weight value fluctuates greatly when the arm is raised and lowered after the weight adjustment is completed,
you can set the oil difference coefficient in the 0008 password to reduce the weight fluctuation
If the weight calibration is completed, if it rises to more than 70 degrees or falls to more than 40 degrees, the error
is too large. You can modify the structural parameters on the 0002 (crawler crane 0001) password interface to
reduce the weight error of the error point

Main interface description:
1. Working status prompt area :When the ratio of "actual
weight" to "rated weight" is greater than 90%, the status
prompt area will automatically prompt "Warning!"; when it
is greater than 100%, the prompt area will automatically
prompt "Overload";
2. Model display area:The cranes model;
3. Boom length:The length of the current boom;
4. Angle display:The measured working angle under the
current boom length;
5. The working range (radius) display area:displays the
horizontal distance from the center of rotation to the hook
head under the current boom length;
6. Moment load rate display area:Automatically calculate
the load rate of "actual weight" and "rated weight" in real
time, and display it in real time with numbers and bar graphs;
7. Ratio:Indicates the current ratio;
8. The actual weight display area:Displays the actual weight
of the currently suspended object. When the load rate is
greater than 90%, the "actual weight" display area flashes
slowly, and when the load rate is greater than 100%, the
"actual weight" display area flashes quickly hint;
9. Rated weight display area:Displays the rated weight value
corresponding to the current boom length and current working
radius;
10. Height:Display the vertical height from the current boom
head to the ground;
11. Signal:Indicates the parameters of the angle, length and
weight sensors;
12. Working conditions:Display the current working
conditions of the boom (main and auxiliary boom working
conditions switching);
13. Hook head limit:When the hook head is limited, the
prompt will flash;
