HON. EISEL JOHN ESTILO (GAD) FUND- CONDUCT OF BEAUTIFICATION OF BARANGAY PLAZA.

WHEREAS, Section 336 of Republic Act 7160, otherwise known as the
HON. MARGARITA D. LAHOYLAHOY Local Government Code provides, that the Local Chief Executive or the
Committee on Education Presiding Officer of the Sangguniang may be authorized to augment any
item in the approved annual budget for their respective offices within
the same expense class;

Committee on Sports and Youth WHEREAS, at present, allocations for GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT
Development (GAD) FUND- Conduct Training/ Seminar in relation to VAWC Laws is
insufficient if not exhausted to cover the obligations and expenses
ANGELIE GLENN R. PANGONIL needed to pay for the said activity to be instigated by the Office of the
Barangay Secretary Sagguniang Barangay for the last quarter of CY 2024;
WHEREAS, there is an availability of funds from the GENDER AND

DEVELOPMENT (GAD) FUND- Conduct of Beautification of Barangay
Barangay Treasurer Plaza.
IAN PAUL L. PORRAS WHEREAS, such augmentation will be made useful and relevant as it is

RESOLVED as it is hereby RESOLVED to AUTHORIZED THE FUND AUGMENATTION OF
ELEVEN THOUSAND AND SIX HUNDRED PESOS (Php. 11,600.00) FROM THE SANGGUNIANG
BARANGAY OFFICE-GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT (GAD) FUND.
RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this resolution be furnished to all agencies concerned for
information and appropriate action.
