National Science day

Greetings to everyone present here, It is a huge honor for me to have this

wonderful opportunity to give a speech on National Science Day today.
 Every year on February 28, India observes National Science Day.
 National Science Day honors Sir Chandrasekhara Venkata Raman, a
famous Indian scientist, for developing the “Raman Effect.”
 The Raman Effect was developed by Sir Raman on this day in 1928. Sir
Raman received the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1930 for his contributions to
research.
 We honor the renowned Indian scientist for his contributions to the
scientific community by observing this day as National Science Day.
 We must recognize the major innovations because science has made it
possible for endless miracles.
 Science is the foundation of progress. It has transformed the way we live,
work, and communicate.

 From the discovery of electricity to the breakthroughs in medicine, space

exploration, and artificial intelligence, science continues to push the
boundaries of what is possible.

 However, science is not just about great discoveries or famous scientists.

It is about curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

 It is about questioning the world around us and seeking solutions to the

challenges we face, whether in healthcare, climate change, or technology.

 Educating people about the importance of scientific theories and

applications in daily life is the goal of celebrating Science Day.
 The purpose of Science Day is to showcase the work that scientists have
done, the accomplishments they have made, and the humanitarian efforts
they are doing.
 On this National Science Day, let us celebrate not only the achievements
of the past but also the potential of the future.

 Let us encourage young minds to embrace scientific inquiry, to dream big,

and to use knowledge for the betterment of society.

 As students, we must develop a scientific mindset—one that questions,

experiments, and innovates.

 The future belongs to those who embrace knowledge and technology to

create solutions for global challenges such as climate change, pollution,
energy crisis, and healthcare advancements.

 On this Science Day, let us honour the great minds who have paved the
way for progress and commit ourselves to learning and discovering new
possibilities.
 As Albert Einstein once said, “The important thing is not to stop
questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing.”

 So, let us keep questioning, keep exploring, and keep innovating!

 Happy Science Day to all! Thank you.
