(vii) Both of us have complted the age of twenty one years on the date of this application.

(vii) We are not within the degree of proh ibited relationship; our marrieage was celebrated before and
commencement of the special Marrieage Act, 1954(central Act,1954 Act 43 of 1954) and according to law
custom or usage having the force of law. Governing each of us. A marriage betweem us is permitted, though
we are within the degree of prohibited relationship according to the Act as aforesaid.

(v) We have been residing within the jurisdiction of Nargund Marriage Officer at Nargund for a periood of not
less than thirty days immediately preceding the date of this application Note; Score put whichever is not
applicable.

We also declare that all the above particulars are true to the best of our knowledge and belief.
