ADMISSION NOTIFICATION No. 05 of 2025
Management Programmes (Session-2025)
On-line Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to the below mentioned
Programmes for the academic session 2025. Admission to these programmes shall be governed by the
Admission Policy and the relevant Statutes governing admissions:
i) Programmes:
• MBA (Masters in Business Administration) (offered at Main Campus, South Campus and
Affiliated Colleges)
• MBA-FM (Masters in Business Administration-Financial Management) (offered at Main
Campus)
• MBA (Craft Management Entrepreneurship) (Offered at Craft Development Institute
Nowshehra, Sgr.)
ii) Eligibility:
➢ Candidates having passed the qualifying examination with 50% marks for Open Merit and 45% for
Reserved Category candidates. Furthermore, candidates appearing/having appeared in
the qualifying examination can also apply provisionally on their own risk and
responsibility, subject to fulfilling all eligibility conditions including
acquiring minimum required percentage by or before 29th July, 2025.;
➢ Must have appeared in the CMAT-2025;
iii) Mode of Selection:
The admission shall be made purely on the basis of valid CMAT score of 2025;
iv) Important Dates:
On-line submission and last date for Application Forms including deposition of fee is
from 08-05-2025 to 30-05-2025
v) Submission of On-Line Application Forms:
The candidates are advised to follow the below steps for filling of On-Line Application
Forms.
Step-1: Visit http://www.kashmiruniversity.net or www.kashmiruniversity.ac.in and click on
“Admissions” tab on homepage.
Step-2: Click on the link for “Application Forms for 4-Year B.Tech Programme” and enter your
Graduation “Registration No. or Enrollment No.” and Click “Next”.
Step-3: Enter the required details and Upload your latest passport size Photograph and click “Next”.
Step-4: Select the desired Campus Preferences (After last date the Preference of Campus selected will
not be updated/changed). Click “Next”.
Step-5: If there is any variation click on “Previous” button, make necessary corrections and then Click
“Submit”. Get a printout of the Form and note the Form No. for future reference.
Step-6: Deposit the non-refundable “Application Fee of Rs. 300/- (including Rs. 150/- as IT Fee) and
Entrance Test fee of Rs. 250/-“ i.e Rs. 550/- for one programme and Rs. 250/- for each
subsequent programmes through Online mode only.
Step-8: Applicant can view the Application details by providing username and password. Applicant is
required to make sure that "Application Status" on application form is “Fee Received” after 3
days otherwise application will be treated as incomplete and summarily rejected.
Step-9: Candidates in their own interest are advised to apply & submit application promptly and not to
wait till the last date/time for applying online. Directorate shall not be responsible if candidates
are not able to submit their applications on account of the last-minute rush. Please retain print-out
of application form for future references.
vi) Hard Copies Application Forms and fee receipt :
Candidates need not submit the hard copy of the Application Form nor of fee receipt; however, they must take
printout of the online submitted Application Form and fee receipt and retain it for future reference.
vii) Disclaimer:
Directorate will not check/verify the educational/category certificates etc. of the candidates at the time of
Online submission of application form for appearing in the written examination and it will be the sole
responsibility of the candidate to ascertain that he/she fulfills all the eligibility criteria for admission to
the programme he/she is applying for. However, the documents will be verified by the concerned
Department at the time of completion of admission related formalities in respect of the selected
candidates to a particular programme. The admission of the selected candidate will be rejected at any
time if it is found that the applicant does not fulfill the eligibility criteria or has
misrepresented/concealed any facts/information;
viii) Other relevant information:
• Application Form/Fee Reconciliation Status:
The candidates must check the status of their Application Forms after three days of its online submission. In
case, the status of Application is not updated to “Fee Received” or “Fee Reconciliation is pending”, the
candidate should contact the IT Cell adjacent to DSW Office Near Rumi Gate, University of Kashmir,
alongwith Application Form, Fee receipt and all other documents, within two days after the last date of
submission of Application Form i.e. upto 02-06-2025; thereafter, no claim, whatsoever, will be entertained
by the University;
• Submission of Application Forms is subject to determination of eligibility for admission to the
Programmes by referring to the Admission Policy-2025;
