III. TERMS AND CONDITION:
1. The company should have ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification.
2. The bidder/manufacturer must have supplied the Lathe m/c to Central Govt. /State Govt. or
PSU organizations/ Reputed Pvt. Ltd Companies.
3. The Manufacturer / Bidder should furnish the information on past supplies and satisfactory
performance. Performance certificate from purchaser/ user /consignee also must be attached.
4. Bidder should be provide machines parameters check list, it will be checked the all the
parameters as compare to standard deviation. Technical Questionnaire shall be attached.
5. Warranty period should be one year from the date of installation & commissioning.
6. Installation and commissioning should be done by the manufacturer/ Supplier. No additional
charges towards commissioning will be provided.
7. On-site Demo is required after installation and commissioning of the machine.
8. Machine shall be packed with case packing. Should not get affected due to weather
condition. Safe delivery of the machine is under the scope of supplier
9. The Supplier shall confirm his capability to support the spares, maintenance, calibration (if
any) and after sales service of the complete machine after erection & commissioning, during
and after the warranty period, either directly or through authorized service representative.
Onsite service support must be available.
10. For civil foundation work, supplier may inform prior for arrangement and the details should
be submitted along with offer.
IV. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Delivery Period:
The Lathe machine shall be supplied and installed during April 2023 and commissioned on or
before 30.04.2023.

2. Payment terms:
a) 90% payment shall be released within 30 days of receipt and acceptance of items.
b) Balance 10% payment will be released after the warranty / guarantee period OR against
submission of a performance Bank Guarantee for equivalent value, valid till the end of the
warranty / guarantee period.
GST Law mandates Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) vide Section 51 of the CGST/SGST Act
2017, Section 20 of the IGST Act, 2017 and Section 21 of the UTGST Act, 2017.
Please mention IREL GST number (33AAACI2799F1ZL) and HSN/SAC code of goods/services
in your bills.
All payments shall be done only through E-payment. Hence successful bidder has to provide
Company name, Account number, Name of the bank, nature of account (Savings/ Current/
CC/OD), IFS Code, Branch Code along with invoice.
3.Warrantee/Guarantee: The party has to provide guarantee/warranty for a period of 12 months
from date of commissioning.
