Annexure A: Terms and Conditions
You shall be governed by the following terms and conditions of service during your
internship with NullClass, and those may be amended from time to time:-
1. Professional Development: Engage in tasks and projects that will provide you with
hands-on experience in a dynamic, real-time project environment.
2. Integrity and Originality: The integrity of your work is paramount. Any form of
plagiarism, including but not limited to copying code and content from others, will not be
tolerated. If such an incident occurs, NullClass reserves the right to terminate the
internship immediately.
3. Confidentiality: Keep all company-provided video tutorials and source code and any
other assets confidential. Do not share these assets with anyone.
4. Access Control: Only access the video tutorials and source code that you are
authorized to use. Do not attempt to bypass security measures or access unauthorized
content.
5. Equipment Provision: You will need to use your own computer and internet
connection for the duration of this training. NullClass will provide necessary software
licenses and access to company systems remotely.
6. No Guarantee of Employment:This training does not guarantee future employment
with NullClass. and Initiative: Your creativity and proactive initiatives are not just
welcomed but encouraged at NullClass. Contributions that exceed expectations will be
recognized.
7. Ethical Standards and Enjoyment: We believe in maintaining high ethical standards
and finding joy in your tasks. We expect you to integrate these core values into your

8. Stipend and Certifications: You will be eligible for a stipend of ₹3,000 along with
certifications, contingent upon meeting our performance criteria and completing
assigned tasks successfully within the timeframe alloted.
9. Working Hours: During the Internship Period you're free to work on flexible hours
individually.Note that the Assigned tasks has to be submitted within the timeframe
alloted.All the communications and Submission of tasks has to be made via email at

10. Feedback Culture: We foster a culture of open and continuous feedback. Engage
freely in this exchange to foster both your growth and the betterment of our team
11. Termination Policy: NullClass reserves the right to terminate this internship
immediately for any of the following reasons: violation of company policies/terms or
code of conduct, unethical behavior or misconduct, failure to meet performance
standards, breach of confidentiality or data security policies, insubordination or refusal
to follow reasonable instructions, and any form of plagiarism or academic dishonesty.
12. Warranties: NullClass provides the internship on an "as is" basis and makes no
warranties regarding the quality, completeness, or accuracy of the experience. We are
not responsible for any lack of experience or skills if the internship is not properly
attended or completed.
13. Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation: During the term of your internship and for two
years thereafter, you agree not to engage in or assist with any business activities that
compete with NullClass's business interests. Additionally, you shall not solicit or induce
any of NullClass’s clients, customers, or employees to terminate or diminish their
relationship with NullClass.
14. Adherence to Terms: By accepting this offer, you agree to abide by all terms and
