Terms and conditions:
1. Lease Term:
This Purchase Order (PO) pertains to hourly-based Rental Costs and
hourly-based Fuel Consumption, granting the Buyer the authority to
terminate as per their requirements.
1.1 The Rental Costs should be billed at least 240 hours per month. The
excess will be calculated on the basis of overtime hours of rent. Overtime
rate is the same as Rental
Costs and Fuel Consumption.
1.2 The Fuel Consumption is based on the actually working hours by
monthly.

1.3 If the price of fuel decreases, then the service supplier will reduce the
price of fuel at a proportional rate, and if it increases, the Buyer will
increase the price of fuel at
a proportional rate.
2. Operator Costs:
The operator costs are covered within Rental Costs. The Service Supplier
is responsible for providing the diver's food and accommodation.
3. Demobilization Costs:
This fee is waived for lease periods exceeding 3 months.
4. Working time
Working time would be 8 hours per day. In the event that overtime is
necessary, the Service Supplier shall collaborate unconditionally, offering
supplementary operators and facilitating equipment rotation as needed,
all while maintaining the unchanged price as stipulated in the Purchase
Order.
5. Repair and Maintenance:
The Service Supplier is accountable for the repair and maintenance of the
equipment.
In the event of equipment malfunction, the lessor is obligated to replace it
unconditionally. Downtime due to maintenance and repairs will not be
factored into the rental fee calculation, and equipment repair time must
not exceed two days; otherwise, the buyer has the right to hold the
service provider accountable for delay damage.
6. H.S.E terms:
All equipment and operators entering the site must comply with The
Buyer's H.S.E
regulations, including but not limited to the following:
6.1 All equipment and their operators must have the appropriate licenses,
as well as the corresponding third-party test certificates. It is strictly
prohibited to operate without a license or operate an equipment that does
not match the license.

6.2 Check the condition of equipment (including appearance, braking
system, steering system, lighting and signals, tire condition, etc.) before
work every day, and the unfit equipment strictly prohibited driving into
construction site.
6.3 Equipment entering the site must obey the command of the
construction personnel, travelling according to the designated route and
stopping at the designated place.
6.4 After entering the construction site, must always observe the site
personnel and road conditions to avoid safety accidents caused by
improper operation.
6.5 The operator must legally hold the special equipment operation
certificate and other qualifications necessary for the completion of this
contract. The mechanical equipment provided by Service Supplier must
be inspected and qualified by the local technical supervision department,
and an inspection data report and operator certificate shall be filed with
Buyer.
6.6 The Service Supplier are obliged to provide their operators and
assistants with appropriate HSE equipment, including safety helmets,
reflective undershirts, and labor protection shoes. And should follow the
advice of on-site safety engineers.
7. Payment:
7.1 Payment will be made after 30 Days from Settling the bill .
7.2 All prices in this Purchase Order excluding AIT and VAT.
7.3 Stamp Duties and similar charge (if any) shall be borne by The
Service

service by return.
