1. Tell me about yourself.
Thank you for giving this opportunity to be interviewed for this teacher position at your school. I am Aiko
Real, a licensed teacher with a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English from Mindanao State
University – Main Campus. I have two years of teaching experience and am currently pursuing a master's
degree at Xavier University to further develop my skills in education. I started my teaching career at
Cabadbaran City National High School, where I created engaging and student-centered learning
environments for high school students. I am passionate about teaching English and continuously seek
ways to enhance my instructional strategies.
2. What are your skills?
I excel in creating student-centered lesson plans that cater to diverse learners, utilizing strategies aligned
with Universal Design for Learning principles such as multiple representation, multiple action and
representation and multiple engagement. Basically, it is a teaching framework that aims to improve the
learning experience for all students. I have strong communication and interpersonal skills, which help me
build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Additionally, I am proficient in
integrating technology into my teaching to make lessons interactive and engaging. Besides that, My
commitment to professional growth has also equipped me with skills in classroom management and
curriculum design.
3. What is your teaching philosophy?
My teaching philosophy centers on fostering an inclusive and dynamic learning environment where all
students feel valued and empowered to achieve their full potential. I believe in using innovative, student-
centered teaching methods that cater to diverse learning needs and encourage critical thinking,
collaboration, and lifelong learning. Education, for me, is not just about imparting knowledge but also
about inspiring students to become responsible and compassionate members of society.

What are your weaknesses?
One of my weaknesses is that I can sometimes take on too many responsibilities at once, as I am eager to
contribute and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. However, I am actively working on delegating and
prioritizing tasks to maintain a better balance. Additionally, while I have a solid foundation in ICT tools, I
am continually striving to enhance my expertise, particularly in more advanced technologies, to ensure I
stay updated with the latest trends in education.
