Emergency Actions Plan in GCF Process

Emergency Response Team

1. Team members: Identify personnel responsible for emergency response, including:


- Heat treatment operators
- Maintenance personnel
- Safety officers
- Management representatives
2. Roles and responsibilities: Define each team member's role and responsibilities during an emergency.

III. Emergency Procedures

1. Fire or Explosion

1. Alert personnel: Activate the alarm and notify all personnel in the area.
2. Evacuate the area: Ensure all personnel are safely evacuated.
3. Call the fire department: Notify the local fire department.
4. Use fire extinguishers: Trained personnel may use fire extinguishers to combat small fires.

2. Power Failure or Equipment Malfunction

1. Alert personnel: Notify all personnel in the area.


2. Isolate the affected area: Prevent unauthorized access.
3. Assess the situation: Determine the extent of the malfunction.
