IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES APPEARING IN COMPUTER BASED EXAM
1. Candidates must bring hard copy of their admit card along with any one of the following valid original photo ID proofs:
Aadhar Card or E-Aadhar with Photograph, Voter ID Card, PAN Card, Bank Passbook with Photograph, Passport, or
Driving License.
2. The admit card, along with the original ID card as mentioned in point no. 1 is valid only on the exam date and time.
3. Candidates are permitted to carry only the following items into the examination venue:
a. Admit Card (a clear printout on A4 size paper) with passport size photograph pasted on it.
b. Valid Original ID Proof.
4. In case of any discrepancy in identity, such as a mismatch in name and photograph, the candidate may not be permitted to
appear for the examination.
5. No requests for postponement of the examination, change of test center etc., will be considered.
6. Candidates are advised to verify the location of the Test Venue a day in advance to avoid any inconvenience in accessing it
on the day of the Test.
7. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the test center after the gate closure time and will not be allowed to leave the test
center before the conclusion of the test.
8. The candidature for the examination is "PURELY PROVISIONAL." In case it is found that the candidate does not fulfil the
eligibility criteria, the candidature of such a candidate is liable to be rejected at a later stage.
9. No Candidate should adopt any unfair means or indulge in any unfair examination practices. All the Examination Centres
are under surveillance by CCTV. Resorting to such practices shall result in cancellation of the candidature in respect of the
examination and debarring from future examinations.
10. Shoes/footwear with thick soles and garments with large buttons are NOT permitted. Candidates are advised to wear
slippers/floaters on the exam day, to avoid removal of shoes.
11. Candidates are NOT allowed to carry any personal belongings including electronic devices, mobile phone, and other
banned/ prohibited items to the Examination Centre. Examination Officials will not be responsible for the safe keep of
personal belongings and there will be no facility.
12. Possession and use of electronic devices, calculators, watches, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, mobile phones, books,
bags, textual material printed or written bits of paper, etc., are strictly prohibited inside the test center premises.
13. At the test center entry, candidates have to undergo a mandatory frisking activity. If any objectionable item is identified,
candidates would be requested to leave it behind before entering the test center. Candidates showing non-cooperation
may get barred from appearing for the test.
14. Guardians/relatives/friends accompanying the candidates are not allowed inside the test center.
15. Rough sheets along with blue ball point pen will be provided to the candidates inside the examination lab. Candidates are
directed to submit the rough sheets to the invigilator after the exam.
16. Your admit card will be required for further stages of selection. Please keep your admit card safely with yourself.
17. Candidates must follow the instructions given at the test center strictly. Violation of any instruction and adoption of any
unfair means in the test center shall lead to cancellation of candidature.
18. Candidates are advised to check updates on the JSSC website regularly. They should also check their mailbox on the
registered email address and SMS in their registered Mobile Number for the latest updates and information regarding the
exam.
