SPS CARMELITA Q. GAMBOA and AUGUSTO B. GAMBOA, Filipino of legal age, and resident of
Blk 7, lot 41, Sta Monica Homes, Wiswis, Camaya, Mariveles, Bataan, by these presents do hereby NAME,
APPOINT and CONSTITUTE ROSALIE M. MIRANIA and/or ROWENA M. MENESES, both married, of legal age,
Filipino and resident of Balanga City to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name,
place and stead to do and perform any or all of the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To be my representative to the Provincial Assessor's Office to request and get certified copies of
tax declaration for a parcel of land (Lot 10, Block 1 consolidation subdivision plan situated in the
Municipality of Mariveles, Province of Bataan, Island of Luzon, containing an area
of SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN (677) SQUAREMETERS.
2. To secure E-CAR/Clearance from the Bureau of Internal Revenue pertaining to the sale of the
aforementioned properties and submit the necessary documents relative thereto with power to
receive the E-CAR/Clearance of the aforementioned properties after paying the necessary taxes and fees;
and
3. To be my representative to the Register of Deeds and Treasurer's Office and pay all the
necessary taxes including transfer tax and registration fees and other relative expenses and to do and
perform all other acts and things that will redound to my interest.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and perform every act
and thing whatever requisite or necessary to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intent and
purposes as I might or could do if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said
attorney-in-fact could do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
