in order to make this decision. It is important for teachers to prioritize their mental well-being by

image. Joseph (2000: 119-120) stresses the significance of nurturing a mentality that prioritizes
strengths and achievements instead of fixating on obstacles. Promoting positive thoughts and

success in the long run.

Ultimately, it is essential to address educators' negative anger behaviours in order to uphold a


positive and supportive learning atmosphere. Educators need to focus on establishing a
supportive environment that is centred on respect, fairness, and providing constructive
feedback to promote both student welfare and academic achievement.
