Characterization Desmophen NH 1720 is an aminofunctional co-reactant for polyisocyanates.
It is suitable for use for the formulation of high-solids, two-component
polyurethane topcoats and solvent-free coating materials.

Compatibility Generally speaking, Desmophen NH 1720 is compatible with many
polyisocyanates and prepolymers. However, compatibility testing is always
advisable.
Properties / Applications Desmophen NH 1720 can be used in combinations with Desmophen NH 1420
®
as a co-reactant for Desmodur N-products.
As with any product, use of Desmophen NH 1720 in a given application must
be tested (including but not limited to field testing) in advance by the user to
determine suitability.

Desmophen NH 1720
Storage Desmophen NH 1720 should be stored in tightly sealed original containers and
protected from moisture, heat, and foreign materials. Recommended storage
temperature is 0º-30ºC.
Storage time Desmophen NH 1720 has a shelf life of six months from date of receipt at
customer, provided the material is stored in sealed original containers at the
recommended storage temperature.
