Robot Laser Cladding Machine

⚫ The robot cladding workstation is a large-scale laser remanufacturing equipment independently developed by Zhufeng Laser based on industrial six-axis robots.
⚫ The equipment is mainly composed of a six-axis industrial robot, a horizontal rotary table, a two-axis positioner, a laser, a powder feeder, a cladding head and a
man-machine interface control system.
⚫ The whole machine system is stable, easy to operate, easy to maintain, can be used for multiple purposes, and can realize the cladding of shaft surfaces, curved
surfaces, and special-shaped parts.
⚫ The robot cladding workstation has complete functions, diverse performances, and strong versatility. It is suitable for laser cladding processing of simple surfaces
such as shafts and planes, and also suitable for processing complex surfaces such as balls and curved surfaces.
⚫ The supporting robot offline programming can achieve powder feeding metal 3D printing, which is powerful and suitable for laser processing of complex
workpieces.

ⅣMain Features
Laser source

⚫ We adopt 6000W continuous fiber laser source. Compared with the traditional laser source,
the fiber laser has higher photoelectric conversion efficiency, lower power consumption, better
beam quality, and stabler performance.
⚫ The laser beam mode is multi-mode with continuous output, and the wavelength is
1080±5nm.
⚫ The high beam quality produced by the fiber laser is very suitable for cladding under high-
speed motion modules, and a fine-grained, non-porous, and crack-free coating can be obtained,
which is suitable for ultra-high-speed laser cladding.
⚫ This laser source is equipped with an optical fiber with a core diameter of 600μm, which is
connected to the laser processing head to realize the laser cladding function, and the optical fiber
interface is LOE.
⚫ The optical fiber can be bent with a minimum radius of 200mm. When processing the optical
fiber to transmit energy, the laser optical fiber has a perfect selfprotection function. It can
automatically cut off the light path or turn off the laser in the case of light wear and aging, too
small bending radius, overheating and laser leakage, so as to ensure the safety of personnel and
the safe use of optical fibers.

Double cylinder pneumatic powder feeder

The powder feeder is a dual-cylinder air-carried powder feeder that is independently developed by our company
to convey powder with carrier gas. This powder feeder is mainly suitable for thermal spraying, laser cladding, 3D
printing and other applications. It is used to convey powdery materials. The powder particle size diameter that he
can convey is about 20-250μm, the error of powder feeding amount is less than 2%, and the error of repeated
