ISU Genre Essay Assignment

You are expected to write an essay arguing that the novel you chose is an excellent example of
the selected genre. The following steps are required to complete the essay:

 You must be completing research on the genre (minimum 2 notecards one per source).
 You must connect these research points to direct quotations from your novel.
 You must complete a detailed essay outline to format your essay.
 You must complete a rough copy for your essay.
 Finally, you must type out a good copy with a works cited section, a title page and
include proper page numbering.
