Job Descriptions:
As a Business Development Executive at Propshop, your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with existing and potential clients, including investors, retailers, and high-net-worth
individuals, to keep them informed about our latest developments and offerings and involve them in our
future projects.
- Aggressively working to achieve sales targets.
- Conducting sales calls and effectively closing leads.
- Maintaining ongoing communication with clients and nurturing client relationships by addressing their
requirements.
- Carrying out market reviews and studies, analyzing competitor activities, and formulating strategies to
counter them.
- Generating revenue by leveraging existing and upcoming projects and converting prospective customers
who may be considering competitor offerings.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work independently and take initiative.
- A genuine enjoyment of networking and meeting new people.
Perks & Benefits
Salary Package: 3 LPA (Base Salary of 20,000 INR with an additional 5000
INR variable component based on per sales)
