As an HSE Officer, my primary objective is to impart the fullest of my abilities in ensuring that all the people involved in the
company comply with the health, safety, and environmental protocols. My experience as HSE Officer has broadened my
understanding and enhanced my skills in conducting risk assessment programs as well as developing risk mitigating methods.
Among my aims is to ensure that every employee is well-equipped to respond to emergencies by designing and conducting

Responsibilities & Activities
• Developing & work according to Task Risk Assessment (TRA).
• To participate in Safety Task Analysis Risk Reduction Task (STARRT Card) meeting.
• To identify hazardous task & process as well as hazardous zones in the work place and suggesting remedial
measures.
• Developing HSE risk control system as Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP),
Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA) & emergency plan.
• Investigation of accidents including near miss cases at site and its root causes analysis.
• With the safety law norms and standards, work permit system & safe to completed work procedure.
• Check proper usage and maintenance of PPE and evaluate its effectiveness.
• Encourage all trades to be safety consciousness through toolbox talk / awareness sessions where required and to
suggest ways of improving personal safety as well as preventing loss or damage to equipment and materials.
• Ensure that any equipment on site is suitable and provided with necessary valid certificates.
• To follow any other instructions given by Site HSE Manager for the betterment of the project.
• Ensure this approved HSE Plan read and understand the project specific requirement and implemented on site.

• Accident Reporting and involving in Investigation. Participating in emergency preparedness and response and
its mock drills.
• Housekeeping inspection & PPE maintenance program. Firefighting system, Fire Fighting Equipment’s
inspection and maintenance system.
• Reporting of Near Miss, Dangerous occurrence incidents. Provide effective support to site on HSE matter &
Substitute for HSE in charge in his absence.
• Assist to prepare and ensuring that HSE Plan, Risk assessment, Method Statements implementation at work site.
Coordinate and conduct HSE Audit at Project site and camps. Prepare and monitoring toolbox Talks are
conducted on regular basis.
• Capable to impose strict implementation, of the company and client HSE policy. Conduct daily work site
inspection to identify and correct any existing unsafe conditions.
• Responsible to maintain the records for all kind of HSE Inspections reports, TPI certificates of tools,
equipment’s, personnel’s records for audit purpose.
• Induction & Safety trainings for operatives, Inspecting permits, work place inspections,
• Other Training programs for operatives, HIRA preparation and implementing, coordinating with client &
management, communicate best HSE practices among the team.
• Advice Project Management teams where required of corrective / preventive actions or on measures necessary
to carry out implementation of the HSE Program to its fullest extent.
• Assist/support the Site HSE Manager to investigate all accidents, injuries, property damage according to Client
Incident Reporting Procedure.
