How to back up the database – A2E
How to back up the database from SQL Server
1 Exit client program
1.1 Log in the supervise mode on master server in ECR
- Select “Supervisor Mode”
- Fill the password and click the confirm button
Password: 0815
1.2 Exit the client program
- Click SYSTEM button on menu bar and click System Close -> Exit Client Unit
- And then, Client program will be closed
- If client program does not exit, restart the workstation by button

2 Open the SQL enterprise manager and screen keyboard
2.1 Click the Start button -> Programs -> Microsoft SQL Server -> Enterprise Manger
2.2 Click start button -> accessories -> accessibility -> On-Screen Keyboard

3 Open the table of MDBSRV
3.1 Go to Microsoft SQL Servers -> SQL Server Group -> MDBSRV->Database -> eams
->Tables
4 Export the database
4.1 Right click on table and select All Tasks -> Export Data…
4.2 Click the Next Button

4.3 Select the Microsoft Excel 97-2000 on Destination field

4.4 Enter the storage space and file contents ( ex : Desktop and file name is database )
4.5 Click the Next Button

4.7 Save the database to any folder ( Your USB memory stick or any folder )
4.8 Click the Next Button
4.9 Click the Finish button

4.10 When click OK button, the database file will be created in the corresponding folder.

4.11 The file in which the database was created
4.12 Close the SQL enterprise manager program and screen keyboard
5 Please make a zip file to reduce size of database, and send zip file to us
6 Double click the IcmsClient Icon on desktop then client program will be execute
