My comomprehesive Report on what happened in the Asst.

chief’s office on 6/5/25,

My General Views.

While we were talking, the Assistant Chief ditracted our attention and started about Peter’s
case.

Peter is Nabwora’s last born brother. Was it in order? That shows how Asst. Chief was not
committed with the issue before us. That is number one, number two is how she was walking in
and out when the discussion was in progress. When I was talking, she interluded saying that i
shorten she wants to leave/go and yet it was office hours where her services were still required
and we were there based on appointment/summons. If I could not insist by saying that I want
written reasons, Nabwora cited the Ugandan (Bakisu) song which sung about puloti (plot)….
Agreement should not be taken lightly by saying that once somebody has it in his/her name is
enough. It has to be treated differently case by case basing on merit and string: I had involved
the late Agnes in my main will to prove that the Agreement was for formality – see my main will
page 8 € 2nd point (.) from TOP (available on request) also see Volume 2 page 26 3rd point (.)
from TOP. Also read Volume 2 page 30 No. 5.

Nabwora said that when I shifted to Milima Ward in Bungoma North Sub-county, I did not
report to him and Abangachi went to him saying that I disappeared with the late Agnes.

Richard – see Volume 1 page 12 and a copy was sent to Omukasa Wafula – see comm. Volume 2
page 34 No. 1 and page 42 No. 1.

How could I report to Nabwora when there is Omukasa? That does not fall under his
jurisdiction. I don’t belong to the late Hamsini’s land family administrator. I don’t belong to the
late Hamsini’s family.

Nabwora took a lot of time explaining the History of the past without her interruption and I
complained that why is Nabwora is given unlimited airtime? When it comes to my time, the
Asst. Chief and the Senior Omukasa interrupted me with several questions whose answers could
be found in my books which were in their possession.

Since Nabwora said that Soita will be answerable to Abangachi in future if they come
demanding for their plot, that alone shows how he is defending my in-laws for his vested
interest as stated in Volume 2 page 18 No. 4 and No. 5. For that reason, I will soon sent a set of
Volume 1 & Volume 2 to Soita for his protection from Abangachi as threatened by Nabwora and
it will be in line or in conformity with the 2010 Constituiton Article 35 910 (b) – about
protection. The same Article will protect Omukasa Wafula ( he already has two books).

The Asst. Chief mentioned Pastor Lewis Makokha two times showing that she is is under Lewis
influence to perduade me to sit with Abangachi for no good reasons.
I was dealing with Khaoya and Richard and therefore, Lewis was not in the limelight. Lewis’ is
not among the witnesses who signed the 9/10/2000’s agreement qand yet he keeps on sayng
that he is the remaining witness who is still alive. He was not there when the agreement
transaction tookplace on 9/10/2000. Nabwora said that one of Abangachi signed on the
agreement apart from him (Nabwora) and Mary (his late mother) and the late Kwara
(Headman).

When he said that one of the Abangachi signed signed, he was meaning Lewis but the truth is
that the late Agnes’ uncle in the name of the late George Simiyu who was Omutecho is the one
who signed. What I said on scanned copy of Article A is true. See Volume 1 page 11 and Volume
2 page 53 about “conclusion”.

Anything to do with the transaction concerning the plot, the Asst. Chief has to endorse her
signature instead of harboring hatred basing on what I have positively written about her.

It is my considered opinion that the Asst. Chief is in this cartel of grabbing my plot together with
Lewis and Nabwora. Surprisingly, Omukasa Wafula was not there on 6/5/25 and yet he is the
one who dealt with the plot issue from the beginning why?

Since their ill-motive is now kown, it is the Asst. Chief’s prerogative to call Nabwora and sign the
Agreement or I will release this Report to go wherever it will land and it will have some
casualities on its way. Nabwora’s continued lies on 6/5/25 indicated that he did not even receive
the summon from Omukasa Wafula as he denied receiving messages. He said that the Asst.
Chief called him on 5/5/25 evening and that is the time Nabwora knew that he is required to
report to the Asst. Chief’s office on 6/5/25. The three above mentioned people (Nabwora, Lewis
and the Asst. Chief) wanted to score a goal from the offside position. It was a calculated move.
