Application’s qualifications
Those who have completed 12 years of formal schooling in their home countries,
and the age is over than 18years old.
Those who are at the level of Japanese Proficiency Test level N5.
Screening Screen by the application form and the required documents and have an interview,
the examination (Japanese language and composition, mathematics.)

①Application form(using school blank)
②Personal records(using school blank)
③Study abroad reason statement (using school blank)
④Diploma or certificate of graduation from the last school attended
⑤School records Proof of academic achievement of final graduation school
⑥Certificate showing level of Japanese proficiency, preferably The Japanese Proficiency Test
(N5level) given by the Association of International Education or a record of Japanese
language training received of 150 or more hours of Japanese language education.
⑦Certificate which justify your current occupation (letter of employment or letter of school Application).
⑧Photos (3 x 4 cm) x 4
⑨Copy of the passport and stamped pages if you've ever been to Japan
⑩Copy of your country ID

☆ Notice
①Please attach a Japanese translation of every document which is not written in Japanese. All
documents issued in Japan must not be older than 3 month (date of issue) when submitted to
the Japanese Immigration Bureau.
②All documents and materials from the applicant, which are submitted to the Japanese
Immigration Bureau will not be returned. (with the exception of diploma etc.)
③Please prepare expenses in consideration of the cost of living in Japan (about 100,000 yen /
month including housing expenses).
④If we find a lie in the document or certification, we'll cancel a license to enter our school.
⑤If you receive a non-qualification activity permit while attending school, you can do part-time
jobs (there are some types of jobs that you can not engage in) within 28 hours a week (within
8 hours a day during long vacations).

Refund policy
The screening fee will not be refunded for any reason.
Tuition fees once paid will not be refundable. However, if any of the following applies, it will be
returned after the prescribed procedure.
* If you do not apply for a visa after you receive your Certificate of Eligibility and decline your
admission, return tuition fees other than the admission fee after confirming the return of the
Admission Certificate and Certificate of Eligibility.
* If you can not obtain a visa at an embassy, return the tuition fee except for the admission fee
after submitting a public certificate concerning the facts and confirming the return of the
admission letter.
* If you decline admission before leaving the country after obtaining a visa, return tuition fees
other than the admission fee after confirming the return of the admission letter and the
expiration of the visa.
