I graduated from the Communication University of China with a major in vocal music, and graduated from the Teramo
Conservatory of Music with full marks and honors. Last year, I came to the Krakow Conservatory of Music in Poland to
participate in a one-year art internship, and I plan to continue to apply for a doctorate. In 2021, I performed in the opera "Elixir
of Love" in Ortona and played Nemorino. I have held personal concerts in China and Italy many times, including Chinese
classical poetry and art songs, European art songs, opera arias, etc. I have won the silver medal in the China International Vocal
Competition and in 2025 i got the silver award in global young musicans competiton and won the golden prize and the "
soulful rendition special award" in world classical music awards .And I have published four journal papers on theoretical
knowledge. In the process of studying vocal music for 10 years, I have continued to move forward on this road with my
enthusiasm and hard work, hoping to communicate more ways to enrich my career.

2025 (hereinafter as the ‘Regulations’), and I accept those Regulations.

→ The recording(s) submitted with this entry form do not infringe on third parties’ copyrights or related rights, and there are no
other circumstances occurring that could make the Organiser liable to third parties as a result of using these recordings on terms
specified in the Regulations.

i declare that:
→ I hereby agree for my entry (including the audio-video recordings) to be made available to the Jury and its individual members for the
purpose of procedures held as part of the vocal competition VOICE and VILLAS 2025 (hereinafter as the ‘Competition’), in particular –
for the purpose of assessing my entry.
→ I hereby agree for my personal data contained in my entry (including in the audio-video recordings) to be processed. This concerns, in
particular, my name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, personal image, and biographical data, which will be
processed for the purpose of considering and assessing my entry for the Competition, on conditions and to the extent indicated in the
Regulations, and pursuant to the personal data protection rules contained in the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council
of the European Union (Regulation EU 2016/679) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of
personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter as the GDPR (General Data Pro-
tection Regulation), as well as to safety regulations.
→ I hereby agree for my personal data, including name and surname, as well as my personal image as recorded in the photographs and
audio-video recordings, to be processed for the purpose of all manner of information, promotion, and archiving activities related to the
Competition, including the publication of my name and surname as well as personal image as a Competition participant, a person qu-
alified for the second round, and a Competition prize-winner, as well as for my artistic performances in the Competition to be used and
disseminated by the Organiser on principles defined in the Regulations and pursuant to GDPR as well as to safety regulations.
→ I hereby grant my gratuitous and exclusive consent (on conditions specified in this entry form and in the Regulations) for my personal
image to be recorded, used, and disseminated for the purpose of considering and assessing my entry for the Competition, as well as all
manner of information, promotion, and archiving activities related to the Competition, including recording, use, and dissemination of
my personal image as a Competition participant, a person qualified for the second round, and a Competition prize-winner, as well as
for my artistic performances in the Competition to be used and disseminated by the Organiser on principles defined in the Regulations.
This consent is unlimited in time and territory. The use and dissemination of my personal image in accordance with this declaration of
intent does not entail the obligation to pay to me or to any third party any remuneration or compensation on this account. I hereby also
waive all the rights and claims with respect to controlling and giving consent to every individual instance of using materials containing
my personal image. All and any disputes that might arise shall be settled under the Polish law and under the jurisdiction of Polish courts.
→ As of the moment of submitting my recordings to the Organiser in the first round of the Competition, I grant the Organiser, without
the right to remuneration, a non-exclusive license, unlimited in territory, to the submitted works (recorded pieces of music), for five
years from the date of their submission to the Organiser and in all the fields of exploitation listed in section VIII point 3 of the Regulations.
I also transfer to the Organiser, without the right to remuneration, all the related rights, unlimited in time and territory, in Poland and
abroad, to use and dispose, in whole or in part, of the artistic performances contained in the said recordings, in the fields of exploitation
listed in section VIII points 3 and 4 of the Regulations.
→ As of the moment of the artistic performance, respectively during the Competition finals and the Final Gala Concert, I transfer to
the Organiser, without the right to remuneration, all the related rights, unlimited in time and territory, in Poland and abroad, to use and
dispose, in whole or in part, of my artistic performances, during the Competition finals and the Final Gala Concert as it respectively
applies, in the fields of exploitation listed in section VIII points 3 and 4 of the Regulations.

Pursuant to Article 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council of the European Union (Regulation EU 2016/679) of 27
April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and
repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the European Union L. 2016.119.1 as amended), hereinafter as the GDPR (General Data

3) Provision of personal data is voluntary but prerequisite for the purposes for which they are collected here. Refusal to provide the
data will be tantamount to forfeiting the possibility of participation in the 2nd International Vocal Competition VOICE and VIL-
LAS 2025 and of having your Competition entry considered and assessed.
4) Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of accepting, considering, and assessing your Competition entry as well as all
manner of information, promotion, and archiving activities related to the Competition, on principles defined in the Regulations.
5) Your personal data will be processed pursuant to Article 6 section 1 subsection (a) of the GDPR (concerning a data subject who has
given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes).
6) The recipients of your personal data are the Jury members (including its Chair), as well as persons who will obtain access to the
audio-video recordings and to broadcasts / live streaming from the Competition’s public sessions, persons who will obtain access
to your artistic performance(s) recorded as part of the Competition, entities processing your personal data on behalf of the Orga-
niser, in particular the accountants and entities providing services for the Organiser, as well as other data processing entities acting
pursuant to agreements signed with the Organiser, including legal advisors, postal and courier service providers, and financial
institutions (banks, payment institutions).
7) Your personal data will be stored for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed, that is, for the duration
of considering your entry and of the 2nd International Vocal Competition VOICE and VILLAS 2025, as well as for the period of the
use and dissemination by the Organiser of the audio-video recordings submitted and recorded for the Competition, on principles
defined in the Regulations.
8) You have the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the
data subject or to object to processing the data.
9) You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing
based on consent before its withdrawal.
10) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, that is, at present, the Polish Data Protection
Commissioner (PUODO) in case of justified suspicion that the personal data are being processed in violation of the GDPR.
11) Your personal data shall not be transferred to third countries or international organisations.
12) Providing your personal data is a requirement resulting from the Regulations of the 2nd International Vocal Competition VOICE
and VILLAS 2025. Non-provision of your personal data will render your participation in the Competition and consideration of your
entry impossible.
13) Decisions related to personal data will not be made by the controller based on automated processing, including ‘profiling’ as de-
fined in Article 4 section 4 of the GDPR, that is, automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of personal data to
evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person.
14) The personal data will be obtained from the natural persons whom the data concern.
