OVERVIEW
1.Important points to be noted :
● HSR is a cardealership company and they advertise in multiple sources like
Facebook, Twitter, Google, Offline events and its own website.
● Primary Goal- To get leads from the people who are interested in buying a car.
● Weneedtodevelopaproduct (leads management system) consists of 4 screens
to track them and maintain records (Dashboard)
2. Before jumping directly into designing the UI/UX , I want to
understand what are leads and the importance of leads.
● WHAT? Leadsarenothing but the individual or organization who has interacted
with the brand like try to see our advertisement on different sources OR signup
ORVisit website OR Download app etc..,
● WHY? Leadsareveryimportant for an advertising company, There are multiple
uses like leads can help in Business growth and revenue generation , Understand the
people preferences & needs, Lead conversions (Direct Customers). Customer
Relationship building and many more.
3. There are 3 personas involved in this journey.
● Leads(Customers / Org’s)- They are the demand side, and very important
persona who are potential in HSR’s growth.
● Salesteam- They interact with the leads, Understand them, know their needs and
preferences. This team should qualify the lead and mark the status.
● Business Manager- Can assume head of the sales & Business. He/She should
understand & analyze the leads data, make decisions and help in business growth
Using Spreadsheet is a traditional method for lead management, So introducing
LeadHub which is an automated lead management product, easy to track all the
leads & a seamless dashboard.
FEATURES
Here we are going to add features based on the screens, So
Screen 1 : Leads Listing
Purpose : This screen displays a comprehensive list of all the leads captured by
HSR motors from
various sources.
Features : The features include to view list of leads, sources, searching etc..,
● Feature 1 : Search Functionality of leads for easy identification and fast work.
● Feature 2: Filter functionality based on sources, city and status of lead.
● Feature 3: 2buttons for adding leads & to show lost leads.
● Feature 4: List of leads to be shown based on age of record in a tabular form.
Screen 2 : Leads Details
Purpose : This screen is for detailed information of a specific lead if we click on
screen 1.
Features : This features includes to open an action box over a list of leads, edit,
view,
submit/save.
● Feature 1 : When weclick on any lead on screen 1, an action box (model window)
should
be opened over that and show information about the lead.
● Feature 2: Wecanenter as well as view lead personal information , source and
status.
● Feature 3: Weareable to save/submit the details of the lead and that closes the
model
box.
● ExtendedFeatures : Integration with communication tools (email,sms) for direct
outreach ,
and also Schedule follow up activities and set remainders.
Screen 4 : Dashboard
Purpose : This screen is for business managers to view the lead data and analyze
the data.
Features : This features incluses to show daily leads data, Generate new report,
view reports.
● Feature 1 : To show today’s date and leads data like total leads, converted leads,
lost
leads, revenue generated from those , and source data.
● Feature 2: Abutton for generating a new report when we click on it that we are
able to
create a new report with multiple parameters.
● Feature 3: Abutton for viewing all the existing reports so that we can see weekly,
monthly, source , status , and revenue reports.

LeadHUB product is used by the sales team and business manager of HSR company,
Business
manager should have a special admin access to view the dashboard.
First the sales team can login or open the portal and he/she can see their profile and the
leads
they have to work upon. They can see the list of all the leads with their status and
information.
Once they click on any lead a modal window opens up and the full information of that
particular
lead is shown so we can opt for the edit / view option. Last screen is for a business manager
where he/she can view the lead data and analyze it for business decisions.

Automation (Future Enhancements)
1)Implement Robust Software Architecture- Designing the lead management system with
scalability. Using well structured architecture for seamless integrations.
2) Utilizing API’s and integrations- Using of 3rd party services and platforms like CRM tools,
analytical platforms etc.., using API’s.
3) Workflow Automation- prebuild lead assignments, auto emails when status changes, and
building of automation scripts to reduce the manual efforts.
4) Introducing AI & ML- Integrating AI & ML capabilities for predictive analytics ,
personalized recommendations, chatbot for early or initial lead inquiries.
5) Security & Compliance- As we are dealing with customers personal information, build a
robust and safe structure to protect the personal information
