Sway is a digital storytelling app and service included in Microsoft Office 365. It allows
users to create interactive, web-based presentations, reports, newsletters, and other
content that can be easily shared and accessed online.

▪ Easily compile text, images, videos, and other content in an interactive online format.
▪ Apply designer-created layouts and color schemes, or let Sway suggest design elements that match
your content.
▪ Search and import relevant content from other sources.
▪ Share your completed Sways on the web.

There are multiple ways to create a Sway presentation using Microsoft Sway, depending
on your preferences and needs. Here are the common methods for creating a Sway:

Sway Web App:

The most common way to create a Sway is through the Sway web app, which is accessible
through a web browser. You can visit the Sway website and sign in with your Microsoft
account to create, edit, and publish Sways directly in your web browser.
Sway Mobile App:
Microsoft also offers a Sway mobile app for both iOS and Android devices. You can
download and install the app on your smartphone or tablet, and then use it to create
and edit Sways on the go.
Sway for Windows 10:

If you're using a Windows 10 device, you can download and install the Sway app from
the Microsoft Store. This app is designed for use on Windows 10 devices and provides a
more native experience.
Office 365 Integration:

Sway is integrated with other Office 365 apps and services, such as OneDrive and
PowerPoint. You can create Sways from within other Office 365 applications or
incorporate content from these services into your Sway presentations.

→Get to know the Storyline

The Storyline is where you type, insert, edit, and format the content that tells your story. Here are
some Storyline basics:
• Content is arranged in sequential order by adding “cards.”
• Each card holds the type of content you want—such as text, images, videos, and even Office
documents.
• You can rearrange the cards at any time to suit your needs.

→Add content to your Sway

Select the + icon at the bottom of the card you want to add content after.

Select text, image, video, or other content types.
