health as we explore the profound impact of
water – the true essence of life itself. With this
awareness and knowledge followed by aligned
action to drink the right kind of water, the most
optimal kind of water for both our health and the
planet, will be when we truly Come Out Hydrated.
Water is essential for life. It makes up about
60% of our body weight and makes up 99% of
us at a molecular level. It also plays a vital role
in many biological processes, such as regulating
temperature, transporting nutrients and oxygen,
flushing out toxins, contracting muscles, it
directs neurons to fire, communication between
cells, digestion of our foods, and lubricating our
joints. Without enough water, our health and
well-being can suffer. In this ebook, you will
learn about the importance of hydrating the
body on a deep cellular level, the detrimental
effects of dehydration, the systemic problems
we are facing in our world and the benefits of
drinking water that is rich in molecular
hydrogen and antioxidants in the form of
electrons (negative ions). Only when we change
our choices, our actions, our thoughts and
where our dollars $ go can we truly begin to
change the inner and outer world, now and
years to come.
Dehydration occurs when we
lose more water than we take
in. It can be caused by various
factors, such as hot weather,
exercise, digestion, illness,
caffeine intake, stress, improper
mineral and electrolyte
imbalances or inadequate fluid
intake. Dehydration can lead to
various health problems, such
as headaches, allergies, fatigue,
dizziness, kidney stones, low
cellular voltage, oxidative
stress, urinary tract infections,
constipation, inflammation,
acidosis, pain and even death.
Therefore, it is important to
drink enough water every day
and replenish the electrolytes
and minerals that are lost
through sweat, urine, and
breath in everyday practices. .
However, not all water is created equal. Some
water sources may contain contaminants, such as
pesticides, chemicals, medications, or heavy
metals, that can harm our health. Moreover, most
conventional water has low levels of molecular
hydrogen and antioxidants, which are beneficial
for our cells and tissues. Molecular hydrogen (H2)
is a gas that can act as a powerful antioxidant and
anti-inflammatory agent. It can neutralize harmful
free radicals, protect our DNA and mitochondria
from oxidative damage, and modulate various
signaling pathways that are involved in
inflammation, metabolism, and aging. Antioxidants
are molecules that can donate electrons to
stabilize free radicals and prevent them from
causing cellular damage. They can also support our
body's natural antioxidant system and help
maintain homeostasis.
IMAGINE THAT! Instead of relying on just
food, vitamins, and other supplements to
provide antioxidants and anti-
inflammatory benefits, can we now get it
in a glass of water? We all want to live
longer, healthier lives. Have less stress,
less pain, more energy and mental
clarity, and more vitality. Seems too
good to be true that we can achieve this
just through the water we drink… and I
promise you, it’s the truth.
One way to obtain water that is rich in molecular
hydrogen and antioxidants is to use electrolyzed
reduced water (ERW) technology. ERW is produced
by passing an electric current through water that
contains minerals, such as magnesium and calcium.
This process splits water molecules into hydrogen
and oxygen gas, and also generates hydroxyl ions
(OH-), which give ERW a negative oxidation-
reduction potential (ORP) and an alkaline pH. The
hydrogen gas dissolves in the water, forming
molecular hydrogen (H2), which is a potent free
radical scavenger. ERW has been shown to have
various health benefits, such as improving
hydration, enhancing blood circulation, reducing
oxidative stress and inflammation, and preventing or
alleviating various diseases.
In this e-book, you will discover the history of
healing water, the science behind molecular
hydrogen and antioxidants, the advantages of
ERW technology, and the best ways to detox
and restore your body's balance. You will also
find practical tips and recommendations on
how to improve your hydration habits, choose
the best water sources, and use ERW devices
at home or on the go. By reading this e-book,
you will gain a deeper understanding of the
role of water in your health and wellness, and
learn how to optimize your hydration for a
better quality of life.
First, let's backtrack and make sure we are first aware
of some problems and challenges we may be facing
today when it comes to our health, small things we do
daily that may not be contributing to our wellness. Even
things we don't realize that can be causing more harm
than good, that with a simple switch you can potentially
alleviate these worries for you and your family for many
years to come.

In a world today we have options, we make choices, we

have the internet, smartphones, search engines, even AI
now is emerging. We have answers at our fingertips. Its
time to use our logic, knowledge, discernment and
research skills to give us all the best chance to come
out hydrated and healthier!
Common & serious health problems
What causes dehydration
Dangers of dehydration for young & elderly
Those at high risk for dehydration

Some of the factors that can cause dehydration

include hot weather, excessive exercise,
illness, inadequate fluid intake, cold weather,
stress, caffeine consumption, alcohol
consumption, processed and GMO food
digestion, excessive urination and just simply
daily activities of life. Dehydration can have
various effects on your health, depending on
the severity and duration of the fluid loss.
Some of the health problems that can result
from dehydration include:
Headaches: Dehydration can trigger headaches
by reducing the blood flow to the brain, altering
the balance of chemicals and hormones in the
brain. Salt (Organic Celtic or Himalayan) can help
as well with headaches.

Fatigue: Dehydration can make you feel tired or

fatigued by reducing the blood volume and
pressure, impairing the delivery of oxygen and
nutrients to your cells and organs, and affecting
your metabolism and energy production.

Dizziness: Dehydration can cause dizziness or

lightheadedness by lowering your blood
pressure and preventing adequate blood flow to
the brain. This can also increase your risk of
fainting or falling, especially if you stand up too
quickly.

Kidney problems: Dehydration can affect your

kidney function by reducing the amount and
quality of urine, increasing the concentration of
waste products and toxins, and forming kidney
stones. Chronic dehydration can also damage
the kidney tissues and lead to kidney failure.
Urinary tract infections: Potential increase of urinary
tract infections (UTIs) by reducing the frequency and
volume of urination, allowing bacteria to grow and
multiply in the urinary tract. UTIs can cause pain,
burning, and urgency when urinating, and can also
spread to the kidneys and cause serious
complications.

Constipation: Can cause abdominal pain, bloating,

and discomfort, and can also lead to hemorrhoids,
anal fissures, and fecal impaction.

Electrolyte imbalances: Dehydration can cause

electrolyte imbalances by altering the levels of
minerals and salts in your body, such as sodium,
potassium, calcium, and magnesium. Electrolytes are
important for maintaining the balance of fluids, the
pH of the blood, and the function of nerves,
muscles, and organs. Electrolyte imbalances can
cause symptoms such as muscle weakness, cramps,
spasms, irregular heartbeat, confusion, and seizures.

Poor sleep: Due to imbalanced circadian rhythms,

poor brain hydration, it may be difficult for the mind
to quiet and for us to get deep restful sleep each
night.
As you can see, dehydration can have serious
consequences for your health and well-being.
Many of the precursors to health issues stem
from inflammation, acidosis, oxidative stress,
and low cellular voltage. These things if left
unnoticed will continue to compound and one
day turning into a “diagnosis” or some type
of disease. We have become so normalized to
illness as part of life...is this a program we
can change?

It is essential to become aware of not only

how much water we consume, and also the
right kind of water we should be consuming.
How our bodies work
Why water & minerals are essential for our
health
What our bodies are composed of
How to maintain your body’s health &
integrity

Water is the most abundant substance in our cells,

making up about 60% of our body weight¹. Rich in
salt, potassium, calcium, magnesium and other
trace minerals. We truly mimic our planet and our
oceans as well. Research is now showing that we
are at the molecular level 99% water! Water has
many important roles in our cells, such as:
Transporting nutrients and oxygen to the cells and removing
waste products and carbon dioxide from the cells¹.

Regulating the pH and osmotic pressure of the cells, which are

important for maintaining the balance of fluids and
electrolytes².

Providing a medium for chemical reactions and enzymatic

activities, which are essential for metabolism and energy
production³.

Protecting the cells from mechanical damage and thermal

shock, by acting as a cushion and a coolant.

Detoxing the body as the natural healing process through our

lymphatic system, sweat, breath, urine and bowel movements.
Without proper hydration these elimination pathways may get
sluggish and start to back up. Noone likes a backuped toilet in
the house! Let's not let that be us.

Do we have our health backwards? Think about it. When it comes

to health we tend to focus on the surface level. At least that is
what the pharmaceutical industry does and what most Allopathic
doctors focus on. Instead of fixing the surface level with new
fads, diets, pills, cleanse, quick fixes (they play their own role at
times), let's start to zoom in at the cellular level and figure out
how our cells work. How do they function, create energy,
communicate, duplicate and regenerate? That makes more sense
doesn't it?

Allopathic doctors focus on. Instead of fixing
the surface level with new fads, diets, pills,
cleanse, quick fixes (they play their own role at
times), let's start to zoom in at the cellular level
and figure out how our cells work. How do they
function, create energy, communicate, duplicate
and regenerate? That makes more sense
doesn't it?

Think of our health this way as we break things

down from the surface level to the “quantum
level”...
Organism - that is basically you and me.

Body systems - the skeletal, muscular, nervous, endocrine,

cardiovascular, lymphatic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, and the
reproductive system.

Organs of the systems - the brain, heart, lungs, gut, liver,

kidney, pancreas, etc.

Tissues - A group of cells that are similar in structure and

perform a specific function. Connective tissue, epithelial tissue,
muscle tissue, and nervous tissue.

Cells - we have trillions of them that duplicate, replicate and

continue so we keep living.

Molecules - data is showing we are 99% water at the molecular

level.

Atoms - of all the above we then get into protons, neutrons and
electrons.

So logically speaking, if we only look at the surface level “organism”

to fix our health problems, perhaps we should flip it and start
zooming in at the cellular, molecular and atomic levels of our
health? What if we got our molecules hydrated, our atoms rich in
electrons (negative ions) instead of too many positive ions (free
radicals). What if we got all of our trillions of cells to work correctly,
effectively, optimally, let alone just learn how just 1 cell works and
duplicate it? Would our health be different? Would we begin to see
changes in our tissues, organs, systems and each of us overall?
Minerals are inorganic substances that are found in small
amounts in our cells, but they are vital for our health. Minerals
are classified into two groups: macrominerals and trace
minerals. Macrominerals are minerals that we need in larger
amounts, such as calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium,
chloride, and phosphorus. Trace minerals are minerals that we
need in smaller amounts, such as iron, zinc, copper, selenium,
iodine, and fluoride.

Minerals have various functions in our cells, such as:

Forming the structure of the cells, such as the bones, teeth,

and membranes.

Participating in the transmission of nerve impulses and muscle

contractions, by regulating the electrical activity of the cells.

Acting as cofactors or components of enzymes, hormones, and

proteins, which are involved in various biochemical processes.

Maintaining the antioxidant and immune system, by protecting

the cells from oxidative stress and infections.

As you can see, water and minerals are essential for our cells and
our health. However, our bodies cannot produce water and
minerals on their own, so we need to obtain them from external
sources, such as food, beverages and supplementation. Most of
the water supplies lack adequate amounts of minerals, salts and
electrolytes. Regardless of what water you drink, it's important to
always consider supplementing with these additional elements.
Problems that affect water quality
How bottled water, microplastics
& more contaminate our water sources
Risks to our health & environment

Water bottles are one of the most common ways

that people drink water, especially when they
are on the go or lack access to safe tap water.
While it may seem convent and “cheap” for the
time being, its important to know there are
other options and to become aware that water
bottles have several drawbacks, such as:
Plastic pollution: Non-biodegradable material that can persist in
the environment for hundreds of years.

Microplastics: Microplastics are so small that they can pass

through filters and membranes, and enter our cells and tissues.
Microplastics can cause various health problems, such as
oxidative stress, inflammation, immune dysfunction, and organ
damage²³.

Cost and waste: Water bottles are also expensive and wasteful,
compared to tap water. According to one estimate, bottled
water costs about 2,000 times more than tap water, and only
about 30% of plastic bottles are recycled in the U.S⁴. The rest are
discarded, creating more waste and pollution.

Plastic bottles require up to 450 years to dissolve.

90% of the cost of bottled water is the bottle itself.

80% of plastic bottles never get recycled.

24,000,000 liters of oil is needed to produce these billions of

plastic bottles.

The average American consumes 217 bottles of water per year.

Bottling water and shipping transport is the least energy

efficient method of water supply in the history of mankind.

We are basically renting our water for life, hoping it hydrates us,
paying for it, regardless of price because it is a necessity to live.
This is the trap we can all break free form!
Pesticides are substances that are used to kill or control pests,
such as insects, weeds, fungi, and rodents, that can damage
crops, gardens, and public health. However, pesticides can also
have negative impacts, if it does that to bugs, what does it do to
us and the good bacteria in our gut?

Chronic Health Issues: Long-term exposure to low levels of

pesticides, often through the consumption of contaminated
food and water over an extended period, can potentially lead
to various cancers, neurological disorders, reproductive
issues, and disruptions to the endocrine system.

Developmental Effects: Pesticide exposure, especially during

critical periods of development such as pregnancy, infancy,
and childhood, can lead to developmental issues.

Endocrine Disruption: Some pesticides can disrupt hormonal

imbalances and various health issues related to reproductive,
thyroid, and metabolic functions.

Allergic Reactions: Certain individuals may be allergic to

specific pesticides, leading to allergic reactions such as skin
rashes, itching, or respiratory problems.

Impact on the Immune System: Pesticide exposure may

weaken the immune system, making individuals more
susceptible to infections and illnesses.
Chemicals are substances that are used for
various purposes, such as cleaning, manufacturing,
processing, or preserving. In the United States,
there are over 80,000 chemicals in our
environment and the Environmental Working
Group estimates the number to be closer to
100,000. The large majority of these have not
been tested for safety in human health.

Think about that for a minute, with so many

chemicals in the world without regulation, what
exactly is in our home right now? What is in our
food? Our water? Cleaning supplies? Clothes?
While we cant stop it all, we can do our best to
protect ourself because these chemicals can have
adverse effects, such as:
- Health effects: Chemicals can cause acute
and chronic health effects, depending on the
type, amount, and duration of exposure. Some
of the health effects include irritation, allergy,
asthma, poisoning, liver damage, kidney
damage, reproductive problems, chronic
inflammatory conditions, developmental
problems, and cancer .

- Environmental effects: Chemicals can also

affect the environment, by altering the
physical, chemical, and biological properties of
water, soil, and air. Chemicals can also
accumulate in the food chain, and affect the
health and survival of wildlife
Medications (petro based pharmaceuticals) are
substances that are used to treat or prevent diseases,
such as antibiotics, painkillers, hormones, and
antidepressants. Did you know USA is 1 of 2 countries in
the world that allow pharmaceutical commercials to air
on Television? Makes you wonder...While at times may
be necessary at vital, we do not want to be “customers
for life”. With known and disclosed side effects by these
pharmaceutical companies, medications can also have
unintended consequences, such as:
- Health effects: Medications can cause acute and chronic
health effects, depending on the type, amount, and duration
of exposure. Some of the health effects include allergic
reactions, drug interactions, side effects, resistance, and
hormonal changes. Which then in turn makes people have to
get more medications and the sick cycle continues.

- Foreign to the body: Many pharmaceuticals are foreign to

the human body, therefore do not get broken down and
absorbed properly and overwork our liver to break them
down and detoxify them.

Water bottles, pesticides, chemicals, and medications can

have negative impacts on our water sources and our health.
Our goal both individually and collectively should be to
reduce and remove these problems, change where we put
our $ each day, educate and inform each other more to
empower each of us to make better, more conscious holistic
decisions about our future!
History of healing water
How Different cultures & traditions have
used water to heal
Scientific evidence of therapeutic benefits
of water

“Miracle healing water” has been found in Nature at

only a few specific locations throughout the world.
Miracle healing waters have been discovered in
Mexico, Germany, India, France, Japan and China
and Brazil. The question is how can we access
these waters from home without having to travel
the world?
Science and Medicine have been seeking and studying miracle-
healing waters for decades. High elevation regions such as the
Hunza in Pakistan, Villacabamba in Ecuador and others have been
reputed to have healing waters for generations. For ages, man has
made pilgrimages to these remote regions in order to drink their
"healing waters."

Waiting for the chance to experience a miracle, a line of people

often stretched for over a mile on a dusty road in the little town of
Tlacote, Mexico. More than 10,000 a day sometimes came to visit to
take away a can or two of the famous miracle water, which is said to
have cured everything from AIDS and cancer to obesity and high
cholesterol.

In the little town of Lourdes in the French Pyrenees millions of

people flock to the town to drink, or bathe in, the spring water
there. It also is famous for its miracle cures. The Lourdes story
begins in 1858. From very early days, the spring water showed
miraculous qualities. No one has ever figured out what gives the
water at Lourdes its healing properties. It is a very holy place.
Miracles occur there but now we know through scientific
investigation that the water there is loaded with molecular hydrogen
gas (H2).

Another incredible discovery happened in the Hunza Valley of

Pakistan. Dr. Henri Coanda, the Romanian father of fluid dynamics
and a Nobel Prize winner at 78 yrs old, spent six decades studying
the Hunza water trying to determine what it was in this water that
caused such beneficial effects for the body. He discovered that it
had a different viscosity and surface tension.
Dr. Patrick Flanagan and others continued the research.
They found Hunza water had a high alkaline pH and an
extraordinary amount of molecular hydrogen (hydrogen
with an extra electron), with a negative Redox Potential
(-mV) and a high colloidal mineral content. The water is
living and provides health benefits that other types of
drinking water cannot. Similar natural water properties
and longevity are found in other remote unpolluted
places such as the Shin-Chan areas of China, the
Caucasus in Azerbaijan, and in the Andes Mountains.

It's amazing when we zoom out to see that Mother Earth

and God since creation established these springs, rivers,
streams, glaciers, and more to have specific properties
designed to give us optimal health and vitality. We have
tampered with nature for too long and its clear that it is
time for the world to return to its origins, get back to
basics and recognize these healing waters for our
benefit.
In Japan, water is revered for its spiritual and aesthetic
value, as well as its healing potential. Japanese culture
has a long tradition of bathing in natural hot springs,
called “onsen”, which promote various health benefits,
such as relieving stress, pain, and skin problems. The
Japanese also practice a ritual of cleansing and
purification, called “misogi”, which involves immersing
oneself in cold water, such as rivers, waterfalls, or the
sea, to wash away impurities and negative emotions.

Another incredible fact about Japan is that in the 1950's

they had to rebuild their entire health care system after
recovering from war. They adopted a “disease
prevention” based health care model, and then chose to
explore and utilize electrolytic water technology. Fast
forward to today and they are one of the healthiest
countries in the world. Perhaps the correlation of proper
hydration, technology and respect for water plays a big
role?
The history of healing water shows that water has been
a universal and timeless element that enhances our
health and well-being. However, the healing properties
of water are not just based on anecdotal evidence or
cultural beliefs. The healing properties are backed by
science. Today its almost as if science is catching up to
waters therapeutic potential.

Water has a rich history and a strong evidence base

for its healing properties. Water can help us prevent
and treat various diseases, as well as improve our
overall health and well-being. Not only the water we
drink daily, just as important is the water we use to
bathe in and external uses as well. What a blessing and
gift.

Its time to truly respect water, appreciate the life it

brings and gives and how it can be used in so many
ways in our daily lives...
ELECTROLIZED
REDUCED WATER

Electrolyzed reduced water technology

How to produce hydrogen rich water with
antioxidants
Benefits of drinking ERW
How to overcome modern health challenges

ERW is a type of water that is produced by passing an

electric current through water that contains minerals, such
as magnesium and calcium. This process splits water
molecules into hydrogen and oxygen gas, and also
generates hydroxyl ions (OH-), which give ERW a negative
oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) and an alkaline pH.
The hydrogen gas dissolves in the water, forming
molecular hydrogen (H2), while the hydroxyl ions
scavenge free radicals, forming water.
ERW has been used for various purposes, such as
cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing, since the 1950s.
However, it was not until the 1990s that ERW was
recognized for its health benefits, when Japanese
researchers discovered that ERW could protect cells
from oxidative stress and inflammation. Since then,
ERW has been widely studied and used as a
functional water, especially in Japan, Korea, and
China.

The benefits of drinking ERW are mainly attributed to

the presence of molecular hydrogen and
antioxidants, which can have various effects on the
body, such as:
- Improving hydration: ERW can improve hydration by increasing
the water content and osmolality of the blood, enhancing the
fluidity and permeability of the cell membranes, and facilitating
the transport of water and nutrients across the cells³.

- Enhancing blood circulation: ERW can enhance blood circulation

by reducing blood viscosity, improving blood rheology, and
modulating blood pressure and heart rate⁴.

- Reducing oxidative stress and inflammation: ERW can reduce

oxidative stress and inflammation by neutralizing harmful free
radicals, protecting the DNA and mitochondria from oxidative
damage, and modulating various signaling pathways that are
involved in inflammation, metabolism, and aging.

- Preventing or alleviating various diseases: ERW can prevent or

alleviate various diseases, such as diabetes, metabolic syndrome,
cardiovascular disease, neurodegenerative disease, cancer, and
allergic disease, by improving the antioxidant and immune
system, regulating the glucose and lipid metabolism, and
inhibiting the growth and invasion of tumor cells.

ERW has various benefits for our health and well-being. However,
not all ERW devices are created equal. The quality and quantity
of ERW depend on various factors, such as the type and
concentration of minerals, the voltage and current of electricity,
the flow rate and temperature of water, and the design and
maintenance of the device. It is important to choose a medical
grade ERW machine, and to measure the H2 concentration of
ERW to ensure it is comparable to those used in clinical studies.
Molecular hydrogen’s role in ERW
Why you can’t find it in stores
The difference between RO & distilled compared to
ERW

H2 water, natural healing water, may help remove

inorganic mineral deposits and toxins from our joints, may
remove cholesterol, fat and create a pH balance in our
body. H2 is the smallest and most abundant molecule in
the universe, consisting of two hydrogen atoms bonded
together. H2 is also a gas that can dissolve in water and
other liquids, forming molecular hydrogen water (MHW).
H2 is a unique and powerful molecule that can act as an
antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-aging agent.
Hydrogen was present at the dawn of time. It is the father
of all known elements in our universe. It is the most
abundant gas in our galaxy! #1 on the periodic table. It is
in all things.
Earth could not sustain life without it because 70% of our planet's
surface is covered in water. H2 is the smallest and lightest
molecule gas. When infused into water it produces a liquid that
can hydrate virtually all 37.2 trillion of our cells at a nano or
epigenetic level at speeds shockingly fast.

“HEALING SPRINGS” have been found for thousands of years. The

chronically ill travel to these springs (France, Mexico, India,
Germany Japan) to bathe and drink these waters. Research is
now showing that these waters contain dissolved HYDROGEN
GAS.

Since 2007 the biochemistry and medical science communities

have exploded with over 1,000 research studies, papers or some
clinical studies to embrace this breakthrough in health.
H2 has the potential to help with the top 8 out of the 10 diseases
causing fatalities in the US.

Molecular Hydrogen is very natural to our body. Already present

in our DNA and colon. H2 is a non-radical, non reactive, non-
polar, natural gas with no noxious side effects.

The benefits of H2 are mainly attributed to its ability to

selectively scavenge reactive oxygen species (ROS), cytotoxins,
and peroxynitrite (ONOO-), which can cause oxidative damage to
the DNA, proteins, and lipids in the cells. H2 can also modulate
the expression and activity of various genes, enzymes, and
proteins that are involved in inflammation, metabolism, and aging.
H2 can be produced by various methods and one of
the most common and longest found (since 1900’s is
the process of electrolysis. This is the process of
splitting water molecules into H2 and O2 gas by
passing an electric current through water that contains
minerals. This is how ERW devices produce H2-rich
water, as we have seen in the previous chapter.

Drinking H2-rich water can be used for various

conditions, such as diabetes, metabolic syndrome,
cardiovascular disease, and neurodegenerative
disease. The benefits are continually being discovered
daily around the world and in scientific research.

H2 is a remarkable and versatile molecule that can

have various benefits for our health and well-being. H2
can help us prevent and treat various diseases, as well
as improve our overall health and wellness.
Antioxidants & ERW
Electrons & ERW
Sources, mechanisms & benefits of
antioxidants
Sources, mechanisms & benefits of electrons

Antioxidants are molecules that can donate an

electron to stabilize and neutralize free radicals.
Free radicals are unstable molecules that have an
odd number of electrons and can cause
oxidative damage to the cells and tissues.
Antioxidants can stop the free radical chain
reaction and prevent or reduce oxidative stress,
which is linked to various diseases and aging.
Electrons are subatomic particles that carry a negative charge and
orbit around the nucleus of an atom. Electrons can also be
transferred from one atom or molecule to another, creating ions.
Ions are atoms or molecules that have a net positive or negative
charge, depending on whether they lose or gain electrons.
Negative ions are ions that have more electrons than protons,
giving them a negative charge. Negative ions can also act as
antioxidants, by donating an electron to free radicals and
neutralizing them².

ERW is a type of water that is rich in antioxidants and electrons,

as we have seen in the previous chapter. ERW has a negative
ORP, which means that it has a surplus of electrons and can
donate them to free radicals. ERW also has an alkaline pH, which
means that it has a higher concentration of hydroxyl ions (OH-)
than hydrogen ions (H+). Hydroxyl ions are negative ions that can
scavenge free radicals and form water.

The benefits of antioxidants and electrons are mainly attributed to

their ability to reduce oxidative stress and inflammation, which
are the root causes of many diseases and aging. Antioxidants and
electrons can have various effects on the body, such as:

- Protecting the DNA and mitochondria: DNA and mitochondria

are the most vulnerable targets of oxidative damage, as they are
essential for the genetic information and energy production of the
cells. Antioxidants and electrons can protect the DNA and
mitochondria from oxidative damage, by preventing or repairing
the mutations, breaks, and deletions that can lead to cancer,
neurodegeneration, and aging.
- Modulating the signaling pathways: Signaling pathways are
the networks of molecules that transmit and regulate the
signals within and between the cells. Antioxidants and
electrons can modulate the signaling pathways that are
involved in inflammation, metabolism, and aging, by activating
or inhibiting the genes, enzymes, and proteins that control
these processes. For example, antioxidants and electrons can
activate the Nrf2 pathway, which is the master regulator of
the antioxidant system, and inhibit the NF-kB pathway, which
is the master regulator of the inflammatory system.

- Enhancing the immune system: The immune system is the

defense system of the body that fights against infections and
diseases. Antioxidants and electrons can enhance the immune
system, by boosting the production and function of the
immune cells, such as the white blood cells, the natural killer
cells, and the T cells. Antioxidants and electrons can also
balance the immune system, by preventing or reducing the
excessive or inappropriate immune responses, such as
allergies, autoimmune diseases, and chronic inflammation.

Antioxidants and electrons are beneficial for our health and

well-being. Antioxidants and electrons can help us prevent
and treat various diseases, as well as improve our overall
health and wellness. In the next chapter, we will discuss
detox and homeostasis and how they can be achieved by
drinking ERW.
What water do we drink daily?
How are beverages different and the same?
Chart comparison of most common beverages
Pros and Cons of distilled and RO water…

We drink water everyday, at least for the majority.

Sometimes we consume water via beverages like
teas and coffees which can potentially dehydrate
us with their diuretic properties. Meaning, the body
will remove the water excessively along with other
potential life giving minerals + vitamins. So what
water are we drinking? Bottled water? Fridge
filters? Brita? Distilled water? RO water? Spring
water? Glass Icelandic water? Smart water?
Carbonated water?
When we put them together there's alot to choose from. So are
they the same? How are they different? Are there any positives
to these waters or are there more negatives to our health, our
planet, energy and future? Let's dive in by reviewing this chart
below focusing on pH, ORP and presence of H2...

REDUCED WATER Yes
As we can easily see on these charts, not all water is the same! When
looking at some of the most important aspects of daily drinking water
(that we will do our whole lifetime) it's important to know that there are
huge differences. We measured the pH, the ORP (-mV or + mV) which
means if a liquid is an oxidant, positive (+) charge (bad for health) or an
antioxidant, negative (-) charge (good for health), and finally if H2
molecular hydrogen is present.

A common solution people have looked at over the years is RO water

(Reverse Osmosis) and Distilled water. While these are great filters,
originally used for large commercial, industrial and laboratory use, they
eventually found their way into homes because our water infrastructure
became so polluted. While great at reducing contaminants, the end
result still lacks specific qualities that help us realize there are possible
better options out there. Filtration is the “start” not the end of the
water puzzle...so keep going!

PROS of Distilled and RO water

Great filtration, removing toxins from the water including chlorine,
bacterias, contaminants and more. However not all filters perform
equally so do your research!

CONS of Distilled and RO water

Completely removes of all minerals present in the water
Has no H2 Molecular hydrogen (anti-oxidants)
Is acidic on the pH scale
Minimal uses overall (drinking only)
Has a +ORP (electron stealer)
No electrolytes are present
RO has a lot of waste water to produce 1 gallon of it
Slow and lengthy filtration processes
Benefits of Detox
Benefits of Homeostasis

Detox, or detoxification, is the process of removing toxins and

waste products from the body. Toxins are substances that can
harm the body, such as pesticides, chemicals, medications, or
free radicals. Waste products are substances that are produced
by the body's normal metabolism, such as carbon dioxide, urea,
or ammonia. Detox can occur naturally or artificially, depending
on the methods and tools used.

What we do not elminate we accumulate. Think of a fish tank for

example, when the fish are sick or soemthing happens, we look
to change the water in the tank first, check the pH and clean it.
Why do we do this? To clean the environment, the inner terrain.
This is simliar to the human body. With so many toxins, metals,
chemicals, as mentioned above it's imperative we learn more and
implement more ways to cleanse our vessel daily. Water is a
good start!
Homeostasis is the state of equilibrium and stability that the body
maintains despite changing external conditions. Homeostasis involves
various systems and mechanisms that regulate the body's internal
environment, such as temperature, pH, blood pressure, blood glucose,
and electrolytes. Homeostasis is essential for the health and survival of
the body, as any deviation from the optimal range can lead to disease
or death.

ERW is a type of water that can support both detox and homeostasis,
as we have seen in the previous chapters. ERW can support detox by:

- Improving hydration: ERW can improve hydration by increasing the

water content and osmolality of the blood, enhancing the fluidity and
permeability of the cell membranes, and facilitating the transport of
water and nutrients across the cells. Hydration is important for detox, as
it helps the body flush out toxins and waste products through urine,
sweat, and feces.

- Enhancing blood circulation: ERW can enhance blood circulation by

reducing blood viscosity, improving blood rheology, and modulating
blood pressure and heart rate. Blood circulation is important for detox,
as it helps the body deliver oxygen and nutrients to the cells and
organs, and remove toxins and waste products from the cells and
organs.

- Reducing oxidative stress and inflammation: ERW can reduce

oxidative stress and inflammation by neutralizing harmful free radicals,
protecting the DNA and mitochondria from oxidative damage, and
modulating various signaling pathways that are involved in inflammation,
metabolism, and aging. Oxidative stress and inflammation are important
for detox, as they can damage the cells and tissues, impair the function
of the organs, and trigger the release of toxins and waste products.
ERW can support homeostasis by:

- Balancing the pH: ERW can balance the pH by having an alkaline pH,
which means that it has a higher concentration of hydroxyl ions (OH-)
than hydrogen ions (H+). pH is important for homeostasis, as it affects the
activity and stability of enzymes, hormones, and proteins, as well as the
balance of fluids and electrolytes. The optimal pH range for the body is
between 7.35 and 7.45, and any deviation from this range can cause
acidosis or alkalosis, which can lead to various symptoms and
complications.

- Regulating the electrolytes: ERW can regulate the electrolytes by

containing minerals, such as magnesium and calcium, that can act as
electrolytes. Electrolytes are important for homeostasis, as they maintain
the balance of fluids, the pH of the blood, and the function of nerves,
muscles, and organs. The main electrolytes in the body are sodium,
potassium, calcium, magnesium, chloride, and phosphorus, and any
imbalance of these electrolytes can cause symptoms such as muscle
weakness, cramps, spasms, irregular heartbeat, confusion, and seizures.

- Providing antioxidants and electrons: ERW can provide antioxidants and

electrons by having a negative ORP, which means that it has a surplus of
electrons and can donate them to free radicals. Antioxidants and
electrons are important for homeostasis, as they protect the cells and
tissues from oxidative damage, modulate the signaling pathways that are
involved in inflammation, metabolism, and aging, and enhance the immune
system.

ERW can support both detox and homeostasis, which are essential for our
health and well-being. Detox and homeostasis can help us prevent and
treat various diseases, as well as improve our overall health and wellness.
By drinking ERW, we can achieve detox and homeostasis in a natural and
effective way.
